A hidden neighbourhood gem in Oak Bay.If there were a "Best Server in Victoria" contest, I'd recommend Carrie, who is the most hospitable and thoughtful waitress I've met anywhere.Housed in a charming, old shambling house -- perhaps like your beloved grandmother's home -- it comes with lots of healthy lunches and great lattés and such. And looking out over Windsor Park - a lovely view.JDKParking: Parking outside the place is often available. If not, there is plenty of parking across the street by the park.Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to all.Wheelchair accessibility: They have it.

The Windsor Cafe is an excellent spot to grab a coffee or some lunch. When I arrived the cafe was pretty busy, but there is lots of seating inside and outside, so I was still able to find a spot. Despite being super busy, the staff were super friendly and seemed to know most of the locals by name. The food was delicious. My salad was fresh, tasty, and well priced. The coffee is also of excellent quality and was not too bitter.Overall, I would happily return to The Windsor Cafe in the future and I look forward to doing so.

Cutest little cafe by the water! Food was yummy and fresh! The staff were lovely and welcoming. A couple rooms you can sit in, felt like an English tea room ?

First time going there, but I was extremely impressed. The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming and the Hazelnut mocha was amazing, the deserts I had were super fresh and great flavors. I highly recommend this place and when I do my regular "tour guide" duties for friends and family that visit Victoria this will be on my list of must stop at places.

Such a lovely café! The food is delicious (the balsamic vinegar with honey is to die for), the staff are so friendly and wonderful, and the view of the park across the street is a nice bonus. There's a cute vintage bathroom upstairs. And if you're up there - make sure to sit in one of the two comfy chairs!

Visiting Victoria for the week and nearly every day found myself coming back here for their coffee! Especially love the chai tea latte and their breakfast burrito.Went to a few other places and they don’t compare to here! Our last visit was by chance as we were driving around finding ourselves lost while trying to find a place to shop. Came out of the residential area and immediately recognized the field that was in front of the cafe and we just had to stop here one last time.Quickly became our home away from home. :)Parking: Plenty of parking along the street. May depend as there was a soccer game happening on the field and spaces were sparse.

I had high hopes given the reviews but overall disappointed. $16 chicken blt tasty albeit overrun by lettuce. $26 sweet potato and chicken salad BEYOND overpriced for what received -- less chicken than on the blt, a few slightly warmed cubes of sweet potato, a sprinkling of goat cheese. Service friendly and nice assortment of baked goods and coffee. I just can't recommend the mains.

Stopped by for lunch along our coastal Victoria bike ride. We got the goat cheese and pear salad, egg and veggie wraps, and the leek Parmesan pastry. All delicious. Appreciated the friendly, helpful service.
