The Oaks Restaurant and Tearoom is a favorite spot with an excellent menu and friendly staff. The chicken parmesan and fish and chips are highly recommended, served in big portions and cooked beautifully. The oldest building in the village, the restaurant offers a super nice vibe with oak panels lining the walls. Known for the best brownies in town, they also offer a good choice of grilled items. It's a fun local scene off the beaten track, best to make reservations in advance, especially when a band is scheduled to play.
