This TIM'S location in downtown Victoria ....has inside tables, no outside seating ....its very busy ...knowing what line ups are for what was confusing thought the order line was the pick up line...nope lol .....service was decent.....the location is in the hood area ish of downtown Victoria ......i love ❤️ its located housed in a old building here called the milne building in Victoria ,most of the tims in van city are housed in non old fashioned buildings

Last 6 months has gone downhill with all of their menu... even the taste of coffee
I had a couple doughnuts when I was there the girl at the cash register was nice but the restaurant wasn't very clean the floors were very dirty and dirty tables

I am genuinely impressed by the remarkable transformation of this Tim Hortons location.
The improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and overall atmosphere are truly commendable. The staff are professional and courteous, and the environment is noticeably well-maintained.
Special recognition is due to the management team for their outstanding leadership and dedication. Kudos to the Filipino Guy being hands on - job well done.

I go to this location almost everyday to get steeped tea. There are three staff members who are very helpful.
In particular, a young man named GIL always has a smile on his face, greets all customers enthusiastically, is always helpful and as a store owner just down the street, I suggest that the owner of this franchise make him a Manager. He will not let you down.

I love how Gill delivers Exceptional customer service. He is very friendly and welcoming as not only to me but also to every customer who enters the store everytime he is in the front. (As I have observed) He made sure that everyone is being taken care of. One thing, Gill is so fast in making and serving my orders and he made sure that my coffee will be given to me is very hot that makes my morning more awesome. Such a great way to start my day. Thank you Gill, for your wonderful service. Thank you, Tim Hortons!

I usually go to this branch as it is close to where I work. I would admit that the atmosphere of the place is quite off sometimes due to its location. Understandably, being located at the heart of the city surrounded by all kinds of people would make it difficult for the this branch to control who walks in their store. Honestly, the place needs deep cleaning. In addition, I have noticed that their staff changes a lot. It used to be run by unwelcoming staff who looked like they didn’t want to work there. Crew before never smiled, looked unhappy and annoyed that I used to get bothered I might make them even more upset. But yesterday during my latest visit, I was gladly welcomed by one of their older staff (I didn’t get his name) who was still learning to work behind the till (I don’t mind because we all have to start somewhere) and another guy who happily helped. These two seemed happy working and really know how to work in customer service. This is how I remember being served in coffee shops back where I grew up. Take good care of these two staff, I’m sure they will help a lot to make this branch better again. (This photo was taken 2 days prior to my latest visit, though.) My iced oat latte tasted just right and I enjoyed my warm grilled cheese. Their pastries are good too.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! We ordered harbenaro rice bowl and they literally gave us like 1 spoon rice with 2 piece chicken and that’s it!

I visit this restaurant 2-3 times a week during peak hours, and I’ve never waited longer than necessary for my order, which I place online. A couple of times, items I ordered were unavailable, and once I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. In both cases, the employee who usually prepares wraps and sandwiches was incredibly helpful. He suggested great alternatives for the unavailable items and assisted with resolving the other issue. I really appreciate his efforts.

There were a lot of homeless people outside, not there fault, but there were homeless people in the bathroom, clearly using a blow torch in the bathroom like that's not conducive to good business, but I also don't know the laws in Canada maybe no one will come do anything about that, but I really enjoyed my coffee, the girl even made it special for me because they didn't have quite the ingredients to make what I wanted and she figured it out and it was yummy. The donuts were a little too hot still to be put in bags or something cause all my maple came off my donut, but it was still good, just had to lick the bag 🤣

there’s been a great improvement! The food was fresh and the staff were fast, and welcoming. Service was smooth, and the atmosphere felt even better this time. Definitely worth coming back!

I like the vibe in this place where you can see all the staff are really hardworking and the store looks much organized and spotless. I love how they made my fresh coffee.☕️
