I came here with my friend in a wheelchair, and they wouldn’t open the door for her to access the establishment. Upon arrival and sending at the counter, I was ignored for three minutes and counting. There is one man here that is very rude and inconsiderate I highly don’t recommend coming.

This is probably the nastiest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Creeped me out the moment I walked in. There’s coffee spilled on the floor, homeless people sitting inside with their stuff, garbage overfilled.

This TIM'S location in downtown Victoria ....has inside tables, no outside seating ....its very busy ...knowing what line ups are for what was confusing thought the order line was the pick up line...nope lol .....service was decent.....the location is in the hood area ish of downtown Victoria ......i love ❤️ its located housed in a old building here called the milne building in Victoria ,most of the tims in van city are housed in non old fashioned buildings

I am genuinely impressed by the remarkable transformation of this Tim Hortons location. The improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and overall atmosphere are truly commendable. The staff are professional and courteous, and the environment is noticeably well-maintained. Special recognition is due to the management team for their outstanding leadership and dedication. Kudos to the Filipino Guy being hands on - job well done.
