ordered an ice mocha. absolutely gross. I feel if I tried to drink it I would throw up from the sickeningly intense sweetness. Can't believe they have a market for this but obviously they do or they wouldn't be selling it. People want it. And we wonder why we have a diabetes epidemic.

This Tim Hortons is chaotic and overcrowded, with a long, disorganized line to order. It’s unclear who’s handling orders or which counter to go to, causing confusion. Someone took my coffee by mistake, highlighting the lack of a proper system. The staff couldn’t find the washroom key, adding to the frustration. Paid street parking outside is inconvenient. The food tasted stale, far from fresh. I tried speaking to the manager, but he was too busy to help. There’s limited seating, so most of us stands and waits, making the experience stressful. Despite the central location, this Tim Hortons needs better management and organization.

Not clean, mess everywhere. Washrooms were not cleaned and garbage were full.
I never provide negative feedback, but this Tim Hortons is something else. Choose different Timmies branches if in that area. I ordered a sausage farmer's wrap with a cappuccino, but they wanted to charge me additionally a cup of coffee. Also, the wrap didn't have a sauce, and they eventually gave me coffee instead of cappuccino. Worth mentioning that the place was sketchy and the personnel looked on edge.

I love the staff at this location! The sweet gal serving me specially made a yogurt parfait for me (my favourite that seems to always be out!) and I really appreciated the extra effort and kindness! Love all the baddies here!

I have to say that every time I visit this Tim Hortons that the experience is heightened whenever Shazia is working. She offers amazing service and my drinks are always made promptly and well. She provides a personal touch to each customer she serves and elevates the service experience.
I would say I believe the store itself should invest a bit more into cleaning staff as the sitting areas and floor are usually dirty.
