Pho Vy has been a staple for me in Victoria. They must of known I was moving to the west shore cause they immediately opened up their Longford location when I did 😀. Today I had lunch there and was so grateful of their service. The servers danced around the restaurant ensuring everyone dining was having a perfect lunch.
