This Tim Hortons is chaotic and overcrowded, with a long, disorganized line to order. It’s unclear who’s handling orders or which counter to go to, causing confusion. Someone took my coffee by mistake, highlighting the lack of a proper system. The staff couldn’t find the washroom key, adding to the frustration. Paid street parking outside is inconvenient. The food tasted stale, far from fresh. I tried speaking to the manager, but he was too busy to help. There’s limited...
I love the staff at this location! The sweet gal serving me specially made a yogurt parfait for me (my favourite that seems to always be out!) and I really appreciated the extra effort and kindness! Love all the baddies here!
