Refused to take Tim Hortons gift cards, saying they are not a standard Tim Hortons. No reason to go here when theres another tim Hortons right across the intersection.

Staff acknowledgement is atrocious. Takes dog years to be able to order. Students should only be allowed 3 at a time. Those of us in the working world on break are in a hurry... instead everyone wants those crappy specialty drinks that take forever to make. Worst possible location size wise.

I just wanted a coffee and only one at the till, the staff was busy cleaning a coffee machine. She told me to wait for 10 mins while she cleaned the machine. She was ethical, brown east Indian but didn't care about customers first. Bad service. I will go to McDonald's for my coffee from now on.

I was yelled on by a worker working at tim hortons when I told that I was given the wrong order. She yelled at me infront of all the customers. I am a regular customer at tim hortons, and her attitude towards me hasn’t been right since day one. She has always been rude. But today she yelled me at me which is so unprofessional and unfair to me. As I pay for my food, and was just informing them that they gave me the wrong order. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this tim hortons in save on foods. I am not sure her name but wears a mask and the manager knows who she is as he was right there when all this happened. I request tim hortons look into this as after all this ended I regretted walking in through the door and it ruined my while morning and mood.

Came to get a simple bagel at 3:30. The lady working said that they don’t serve food after 3pm but she would be able to do the bagel. 15 mins later I’m still waiting for the toaster to heat up. Website states they close at 5. Sign on the front glass says 4, but they shut off all the equipment at 3pm? Makes sense I guess 🤷♀️
