I was yelled on by a worker working at tim hortons when I told that I was given the wrong order. She yelled at me infront of all the customers. I am a regular customer at tim hortons, and her attitude towards me hasn’t been right since day one. She has always been rude. But today she yelled me at me which is so unprofessional and unfair to me. As I pay for my food, and was just informing them that they gave me the wrong order. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this tim hortons in save on foods. I am not sure her name but wears a mask and the manager knows who she is as he was right there when all this happened. I request tim hortons look into this as after all this ended I regretted walking in through the door and it ruined my while morning and mood.

Came to get a simple bagel at 3:30. The lady working said that they don’t serve food after 3pm but she would be able to do the bagel. 15 mins later I’m still waiting for the toaster to heat up. Website states they close at 5. Sign on the front glass says 4, but they shut off all the equipment at 3pm? Makes sense I guess 🤷♀️

I’m not one to write reviews, and certainly not negative reviews, but WOW, Vanessa’s customer service could ruin anyone’s day. I’m amazed she still works there as there appears to be a similar review from months ago. If she’s working, just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Vanessa is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She is always angry and mean to both her coworkers and the paying customers. I feel badly for anyone working with her and attribute this location often being understaffed to her awful attitude. Can’t imagine it’s easy to find anyone willing to work alongside her for very long. The rest of the staff at this location is quite lovely so I cringe every time I am met at the counter by the snarling cow that is Vanessa rather than one of the others. 0/5 isn’t an option for review but it’s what I give her dismal display of service and inability to interact with the public and her fellow employees.
