“I had a disappointing experience at this location. When I requested a coffee, the staff refused to serve it without giving a clear reason. The attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was so frustrated that I left without saying anything further. I’ve also advised my friends to visit the Tim Hortons at the Pier location instead, as they provide much better service. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.”

Everyone who works here is wonderful and kind, and always incredibly quick, both eat-in and drive-thru. 🙂 been my regular tims for 2 years and not once had an unsatisfying meal or interaction. Thank you Tim's staff, you all deserve to be treated well and paid better. 💯 (The recently renovated space is also very nice for sitting down for laptop work, reading, etc.)

One of the few tidy Tims. PLUS they are just the second store who actually honors a request via mobile order (i placed a request under my name to have my drinks placed in medium cups coz they cool down faster and doesn't spill --usually order small).
Great restaurant amazing staffs during busy hours everyone is moving fast just amazing you cannot see like this restaurant normally in a same regular restaurant
Opens 24 hour great late night selections for drinks and foods!

I been this tim hortans from a long time like three to four months but i never met a staff like a girl tanishq coz she is very rude and embress me in front of others i really recommend to all of you visit any time hortans except this location literally they are very rude and disappoint me

Order here often My order is usually messed up Usually I can’t rectify the problems because I went thru the drive thru
Usually order large capuchin noir is almost always wrong. One time it was cold Another time I ordered two and they were both warm milk No sugar and no coffee They usually forget the hash brown in my breakfast combo
Since I already drove away I cat do anything
I tried calling about the issue They didn’t answer One time they answered and hung up pretending they could not hear me when they realized there was a problem I came to store and was treated rudely!
Just lousy

I’m in store night and they tried to give me a bitter tasting coffee with no foam when I ordered a cappuccino with two sugar
I’ve been standing here for ten minutes typing this
