The food display counter had insects flying inside it. When I pointed it to the cashier named “Kashish”, she shrugged her shoulders and said “you know, it’s sweets, so insects n all”. This is a food safety issue if you have flies/mosquitoes sitting in your food. Fix it Tim Horton’s.

In the morning I have called before coming to check if your location has grilled cheese, and representative on phone confirmed they have. I drove 10km to get that and when i placed the order they denied they don’t have, and when we said we called they said yes they can do it. After that when at home I came and open the food it was so poor quality, the top was wierd and there was no cheese inside of grilled cheese. Totally waste of money also the cashier used my points on the order automatically and did not asked me.
The staff at this Tim Hortons are always welcoming and friendly. Even during busy times, they stay patient and polite, making sure every order is correct. Their hard work really shows, and it makes coming here a pleasant experience every time.”
