Heads up, if you order let's say a butter chicken with rice.. the portion of the rice is enough for a baby. I was so disappointed when I got home to see how small of a portion it was. I had to make my own rice at home to go with the butter chicken. If I knew it was that tiny, I would've ordered more. Food tasted good otherwise, but I wish I had known to avoid cooking my own rice ...

A must-visit gem in Victoria! We had an fantastic dinner at Varsha Indian Kitchen. The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic taste. The red pepper hummus is so good!! I love how so many dishes can be vegan and vegetarian. Thanks to our server for letting me know which items were fried in the same friers to avoid cross-contamination (some vegans/vegetarians mind, some don't, it's always good to check). Love the lighting, music, & general atmosphere of this local spot. You can't go wrong with Varsha.

I would personally not recommend to go here. The orders are not prepared timely even if the restaurant isn't busy. The servers were busy in themselves. The water bottles they gave were dirty. There is zero service. According to me, i would recommend you to write your reviews after having your meals I just cancelled my order and moved out without eating food. I was told that the food would be ready in 20 minutes, but I had to sit for 35 minutes and then they said it will be 10- 15 minutes more so I cancelled my order. I would never come back here again .

The staff are caring and always in a good mood. The Sunday plater deal is excellent to share for a great date night. We both satisfied. They have a special every night of the week.
