A very good culinary experience spoiled by a near by server. Party of four, two locals and visitors from the eastern US. Food and service was good. Until one of our visitors opened a phone to show us photo and it immediately started playing a video loudly. This lasted about 4 seconds until it was turned down. A big fan of Caesar salads and always on the look out for the best one, I was mostly looking forward to the experience but the waiter was too busy and suggested the kitchen can make it and that it would be just as good so I agreed.

As this restaurant was close to our hotel Grand Pacific, we wanted a nice meal nearby for our last dinner in Victoria. Our waitstaff, James, was fantastic! We had a nice dinner and both enjoyed our meals. Will definitely go back when in Victoria next.
