Its a very disappointing market l. Its has only two shops. One sells kitchen stuff and the other sells second hand clothes and some shoes. Food court is good though. Absolutely avoidable.
It's more of a food court than a market. No much selection
I feel like this market is just average and has no selling points.
Neat find, right above Chinatown. Lots of locals popping in for lunch. Less of a market, more a co-op kitchen/food court. Will definitely go back and take my kids as we love trying new cuisines and some of the options aren't available where we live.
Wish there was a bit more to it, more of a destination and mix of shops and restaurants.
Pretty disappointing in my opinion. Would love to see some other local food providers here as well as longer hours.
I was expecting a Vancouver-style market with a variety of groceries, food, and desserts, where you can also sit down to eat. While this market does offer all that, it's much smaller than it appears in photos, with only about 20 cafes. It isn't too crowded, but the atmosphere is lacking, and it doesn't feel very cozy. That said, the food served by the establishments here is still great.
Very happening
It was a great experience, unfortunately , the castle was closed so I couldn't see the inside.
Love it! Different food and activities for your lunch breaks
It started as a great idea, and we were all excited about having something similar to what downtown Seattle offers, without the crime or the unsightly bubble gum wall. However, things took a turn when they added that overcompensating red sign. Since then, many businesses have tried to keep the place alive, with various stores, restaurants, and even after-hours events, but none of it seems to have worked. What's left now feels overpriced, out of place, or simply doesn't make sense. To make matters worse, it appears there’s no security presence. The last time I visited, it seemed like homeless individuals were using it as a place to hang out—when it's even open.
Restaurantji Recommends
We were extremely disappointed about the market. Hardly any booths, vendors.
Nothing much here. Bathrooms require a code to get in.
Nice place to see
