I had to exchange my large fry because it was lukewarm and stale, they immediately replaced it with piping hot fries that were still stale and had no salt whatsoever. I figured it was a waste of time to complain a 3rd time if they couldn’t get it right the first two. Go to a different Wendy’s or fast food place bc this one isn’t good . The most ironic thing is the employee shirts promote their ‘fresh fries’

Closed at 3pm due to lack of staff. Theres no sign saying this and the front door is still open but you'll have to wait around for them to tell you this.This place used to be alright but it has gone down hill significantly.The kitchen and seating areas are filthy and the customer service is non existant.If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would.Avoid this place.

This place is the cleanest and most modern Wendy's we have visited. Very friendly staff. The manager, Jeff, was super friendly and welcoming. We don't live here but when we drive through again, we will be back. Thank you.

When you pull up to the drive through and hear nothing for a bit and then the first thing they say is “We don’t have singles!”, it wasn’t a great start. I had two mobile orders to pick up and told them that, then they didn’t confirm anything, it went silent and they didn’t even tell me to pull forward for several minutes so I pulled up to the next window to see what was going on and there I could view some of the operation from the drive through window. They prepared my food without gloves or washing hands in between being a cashier and food service preparation. They barely said anything to me. The total time took about 20 minutes I think. I eventually received my food and it was all there. The food was as follows:Chicken Strips were cold and semi dry, likely an older set that also sat out too long before being served.Dave’s Single, now remember, the first thing they said was that they had no singles and this is two Dave singles that we got so there are two ways they could make this happen. Either you make to order a new patty or you pull a patty out of the chili discard patties and make do (which you are not supposed to ever do). The meat was cool, darker and dry so it certainly wasn’t new.The poutine was put into a salad container which is only rated for cold salads, it is PET number 1, not made for hot items, so they are going against regulations serving this to me, as well as potentially slightly harmful. It was also put in the bag sideways.The fries were not fresh, not hot, not that warm, not that good which is a shame because the new fries when made right are actually quite good now.One of my first jobs was at a Wendy’s (not this one) and it actually showed me that Wendy’s slogan was truthful, that quality is their recipe, however, whoever is running this operation at this location is a disgrace to what Wendy’s represents and having read other reviews corporate should secret shop this location a few times to ensure they do better.

7 minutes standing at counter while staff just kept saying one minute. Got tired of being ignored while 2 other customers were waiting just as long. After working 15 hours I just wanted to eat and go home....left without a meal and will never be going back.
