I had to exchange my large fry because it was lukewarm and stale, they immediately replaced it with piping hot fries that were still stale and had no salt whatsoever. I figured it was a waste of time to complain a 3rd time if they couldn’t get it right the first two. Go to a different Wendy’s or fast food place bc this one isn’t good . The most ironic thing is the employee shirts promote their ‘fresh fries’
