We first visited this place about a month ago and really enjoyed both the food and the service. We came back several times after that, and the servers, including the girl who was always at the front, were always kind and welcoming.
However, tonight we had a very unpleasant experience.
We were genuinely excited to come back for the food. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite busy, which we completely understood. We were fine with waiting, as waiting has been normal during our previous visits on weekends.
This time though a tall man with glasses was at the front, and he seemed extremely stressed. He told us, “One second, okay?” and then left us standing right at the entrance for about 10 minutes with no explanation. He could have easily taken our name and added us to the waiting list, but instead we were left there not knowing what was going on.
During that time, he was loudly speaking to servers and customers in a way that felt aggressive and uncomfortable. We were not the only ones who seemed upset by his behavior.
I honestly don’t understand why someone like that would be placed at the front to deal directly with customers. If he is the owner, I believe he should seriously reconsider his role at the front. If he is an employee, he should not be handling customer interactions.
As much as we love the food and have enjoyed coming here, we will not be returning as long as he is there.

We discovered this restaurant and were not disappointed at all. All types of sushi are excellent, the service is very good, and all the waitresses are extremely friendly. The value for money is just exceptional. We went back the next day and it was just as good. I recommend it 100% !

What amazing food! My friends and I came here after a long line next door and they sat us right away. The food was so good, and the tempura udon was very comforting for a cold day! We ended up coming back two days later :) Would highly recommend for anyone and everyone!
