The space is clean and put together, with a welcoming vibe. One employee named Sayna provided thoughtful customer service by replacing a spilled drink with a smile and making a drink exactly as requested. The food and drinks are amazing, and customers always have a wonderful time. However, the seating is a little limited and close to the door. While some staff are helpful, customer service is good if you speak Farsi, and one person had a frustrating experience when two employees chose not to help find a lost charger.
