“Great little place in West Kelowna. Service was great. Had the sashimi and sushi dinner box with a good miso soup. Very delicious and nice variety. Also had the green tea. Can’t believe I waited. Two years to return to this place as it is just down the street.“
“Awesome service every time. They really do such a great job with the kids as well. They have kids plates, cup, chopsticks etc. They are always friendly and the food is consistent And yummy each visit. They’re so fast too!I wish they were open 7 days a week.“
“Very good sushi. One of the best negitoro rolls that I have had in a long time. Tight rolls that don't fall apart even with a lot of components. Fast and friendly service at a good price. And they have the crumb topping! Will be ordering again very soon.“
“Had take away from West Sakura today! The sushi was some of the freshest and tastiest I’ve had in West Kelowna and the veggie tempura was light, fresh and delicious. The Superman roll was the absolute best roll ever. Service at pick-up was fast and friendly. Thank you!“
“A classic sushi restaurant with all the typical fusion options. Its busy for takeout and so the chef brought me the food which was pleasant.I loved the v5 roll and the quality of the rice and roll presentation is appreciated too.I would prefer takeout as the atmosphere is casual but certainly worth my business- I came 2 days in a row to get my sushi fix ?Will be back next time I come to Kelowna.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“I had an excellent experience at Peachland Sushi with their lunch box offering. The chicken teriyaki and California rolls were not only tasty but also very fresh. What stood out to me was the amazing customer service. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal!“
“Been going there for almost 15 years now! Locally family owned and operated. Bar none service and always top notch sushi! I don’t know why they call it sushi “Q” but if I were to guess, I would say the Q stands for quality. You get the best quality service and sushi I’ve ever tasted. I have been to blue tail, momos, you name it. I’ve never tasted better sushi EVER!!!!!!!Vegetarian options: It’s a sushi restaurant, so of course there are tons of options, haha!Dietary restrictions: The husband who runs the kitchen has been doing it for years, so they are always conscientious to nut, dairy, and gluten allergies. My wife is a vegan and we have never had an issue!Parking: I would say close to 10-15 stalls right out front of the building.Kid-friendliness: The owners have a family of their own and always find it to be a warm / family oriented setting.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on ground level, so no problem there!“
“The service was great, the servers were super kind and answered all my questions. Now THE FOOD. The Beef pho was the best pho I’ve ever had. The beef was super tender and the server said it was boiling for 6 hours while the broth was super rich. The restaurant was super cute with a lot of decoration and had a very personal feel. Super Local and Super nice 10/10 (The pho was also very affordable only being 15.70$ after tax)“
“I know this seems like a Japanese restaurant but hear me out, the Korean food (Korean Chinese food to be exact, like the black bean noodles aspicy seafood soup) was SO delicious. It is comparable to those found in Vancouver Koreatown! The servers were also very nice and attentive.I definitely recommend this place !!“
“Delicious Japanese dishes and Sushi. Lovely calming environment. Every working there are very gracious and sift spoken. We were very impressed.Vegetarian options: There are numerous choices with a generous menu offering vegetarian, and a large variety of rolls, delicious soup etc.Dietary restrictions: If you request an item to be left out of a dish, they will do that for you.“
“Just head straight to the special rolls. Skip the basic ones, those makis you get in a platter. I ordered takeout one night and that was just a disappointment. While I understand food prepared for the North American market can be quite bland, those basic rolls were just a travesty--lol!The special rolls are where it's at. The creamy avocado and crispy, uhmmm, thing (supposedly there's bbq eel and spicy tuna in the Ogopogo roll--just couldn't identify) were a nice combination. Takoyaki was good too. ?“
“Very good food and prices. There are several choices in west Kelowna, but they are all very good, the difference is cost, and thesCalifornia RollPrawn TempuraSpicy Tuna Roll.e guys are the cheapest hit to thCalifornia Rolle pocket book Highly recommend. 5 stars“
“I have eaten here twice so far. Both times just after they opened for lunch on a thursday. Once this month, once in August. The fried chicken is bar none some of the best. The batter is the right amount of crispy. The portion sizes are excellent. The chicken is perfectly moist. The plating is appetizing. It is absolutely fantastic, and I will be stopping again sometime soon. Can not get enough of CM Chicken.Dietary restrictions: They have options that range from Gluten Free to Vegetarian. Can not speak for vegan options.Parking: Nearby parking lot of Impark not even a block away.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, ramp to get in, plenty of maneuverability between tables.“
“We don’t have a whole lot of options for food in west Kelowna but I’ve been sleeping on this restaurant for far too long! Amazing portions for the prices, our food came out steaming (as you can see) and incredibly flavourful, their in house smoked salmon is delicious and fresh. I will definitely be back! Also, was one of the only places open on Boxing Day that wasn’t fast food!We ordered;beef hot plate - portion was pretty big, it came with a big bowl of rice aswell 10/10Salad rolls to start - they were massive! I could have just eaten those alone.. so yummy 10/10Diamond roll - the cold smoked salmon was sooo good I was pulling it out of the roll to eat 11/10Sunomono salad - very refreshing and not too overpowering 10/10“
“I had no idea of what to expect, but it turned out to be awesome!! Food was great and everyone (including picky kids) loved it. Staff were SUPER awesome, even gave us free treats after our meal. Would totally recommend.Kid-friendliness: Kids asked for very specific meals and chef nailed them perfectly. Very well done and yummy for everyone!! ?“
“We popped in for a bite to eat and, after a short wait (because it’s very busy over lunch!) we were seated and a couple cold waters brought to us. We ordered a couple miso soups, Sashimi box 6, an Ogopogo roll and 8 piece tuna/salmon sashimi and some green tea.The meals came very quickly and looked fantastic - and the taste does not disappoint! Delicious all round - the tuna and salmon pieces are thick and tender and the Ogopogo roll may be my personal favourite when we visit again. We will definitely be back!“
“We love Kojo Westside!! They have the best food. my husband and my eldest daughter crave the Kojo Ramen dish every week. My youngest daughter has Celiac Disease and she always gets Kapa rolls and Salmon Nigri. I switch it up. Everything is fresh. Their customers always come first. There was a misunderstanding and my youngest daughter is very anxious about her food because if she eats gluten she gets sick. Well her Kappa rolls were in the same container as my California rolls. I called them and they delivered a brand new set of Kappa rolls for her. She was so happy and finally relaxed knowing she could eat without getting sick. Thank you so much for going out of your way to deliver her food. You guys are Amazing!!“
