“I dont write alot of reviews but I feel this place needs one. My girlfriend and I are both fairly new to west kelowna and found this place last year. The food and atmosphere are always great! But what makes this place amazing is Mako! We've slowly become once a week regulars and she is our favorite! So welcoming and attentive, even remembering our usual orders keeps us coming back. ❤“

“Great food, Great atmosphere, Great service!
We ordered gomae, both chicken and beef teriyaki rolls, and an avocado maki.
The portions were excellent, we left with almost a whole roll, we were perfectly full!! The tea was nice and well steeped, and not too hot to drink. We were surprised they are open till 11pm, a good spot for some late night sushi if youre downtown. Recommend, we will be back to try some other dishes!“

“Went here for a quick bite with low expectations, was genuinely shocked by the quality. Food was quick, cheap and delicious. Interior is decorated so nicely, even the bathrooms are spotless. Surprised this place isn’t more popular, it’s probably one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Kelowna!“

“I ordered 20 rolls for a grad party and they created two beautiful trays decorated with kale, lemons and radishes for me. They created a vegetarian tray and a non vegetarian tray. They went above and beyond to make sure their sushi was a centrepiece for our party! Thank you to the team at Aomi!“

“Sushi rolls were great. We also ordered Pho with rare beef & beef balls but were served beef slices in a neutral broth that wasn’t even beef. We also ordered chicken laksa, the curry was overloaded with sweetened coconut milk. If l were to return, l’d stick to just Sushi at this establishment.“

“My all time favourite Sushi restaurant!!! i’ve been coming here for YEARS! like thru multiple name changes lol. it’s always been the same owners and they are amazing. the sushi is TO DIE FOR!! and deffo worth your money, i find you get more food for less comparatively to other restaurants downtown.
also, their korean menu is amazing!!! the soups and bulgogi is honestly some of the best i’ve had. honestly, i wish this place was much more busy because they deserve the rep!!“
