They tried to serve me a coffee after someone had taken it and returned it. Not okay.

The coconut apricot amaretti is divine! Don’t miss it! Great pastry on the chocolate croissant, I just wish it had more filling than the typical 2-prong type !
Cappuccinos were good, the milk was a bit overly frothed though and had the “boiled” feel and taste.
Very pleasant visit overall
Nice cafe and atmosphere but coffee is very subpar. Staff are friendly.

Food was excellent though overpriced, coffee so-so.
Service inattentive and inexplicably slow. Coffee and accompanying food items 10 minutes + apart. No one working there realized this is not how a high-priced coffee/patisserie place works. Plenty of alternatives in Whistler……
I mean it’s ok.
If you don’t mind paying $7.50 for a croissant.
And if you don’t mind loud music that makes it really hard to have a conversation.
Bonus: every single pop song played two times in a row.

It's a discreet place to eat simply in Whistler and it's not that simple as the city is full of excessively expensive places. So we're pretty quiet, even if it lacks atmosphere and the cooking is very, very simple 🍔🥧🍪🍕

The girl working was really sick (coughing/sniffling) and using her bare hands to grab things that we were eating. In fact she coughed in her hand and was handling food. How disgusting. Proper hygiene in any workplace would require gloves or clean hands before grabbing a customers food item especially if you are sick. The food was not explained on their menu. And not tasty compared to other cafes in the area.

The food was okay and nothing too crazy but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. All the tables were dirty, and we had to clean our own. After placing and paying for our order, we waited for five minutes before being informed by a staff member that they had run out of what we ordered. Her delivery lacked empathy, and there was no apology for the inconvenience or for not letting us know sooner.
When the food finally arrived, they had forgotten our drinks. We had to remind them, and once again, there was no apology. One of the items we ordered was a "Nutella croissant," but it didn't contain any Nutella and just a strange mix of whipped cream and chocolate.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. This place feels overrated, and I don't see myself returning.

👎🏽👎🏽 The girl at the counter had no problems charging us and getting payment and then walks to us after to tell us they didn't have what we wanted. if you didn't have it you should say before you charge the customer, I wouldn't have paid and sit and wait. Horrible service. Would never go back.

Ladies! What happened? Came in first thing in the morning and grabbed a stuffed croissant and carrot cake to go. Had both at home and found both were dry/stale, and probably day olds?! Don’t do that kinda thing!

Great quality for breakfast. Slightly pricey but worth it. Delightful bear latte foam art was missing today unfortunately.
