It's meant to be a French fine dining restaurant. Decor and atmosphere are not up to the aspiration. Food portions are small but quality is high. Not sure how I feel about this one tbh

This was the only restaurant that promptly accepted my early reservations for Christmas Eve dinner and I am eternally grateful. The others either took too long to reply or ignored my request.

What a special place! We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with the most spectacular dinner we could ever experience. Lilly took wonderful care of us! The host, chef and cook staff are top notch. Thank you endlessly for such a special night!

Hands down the best chef's tasting menu I've ever had. You'd be sad to miss out.

Absolutely the best dining experience I had in Whistler, and that includes Wild Blue. The salmon was really excellent, as was the elk. Don’t skip out on the sourdough bread or the pistachio dessert. Also, and I don’t say this lightly, they had a strawberry infused gin and tonic that was maybe the best cocktail I’ve had all year. Don’t miss out, the food and drinks rival the Michelin restaurants I’ve had!

- Well decorated and music was nice
- service was slow, made us wait for drinks, to order, the bill.
- poor value, three course tasting menu only includes 20% of the menu everything else is extra fee. Why advertise a tasting menu only to up charge most items on that menu?
- everything was overly seasoned, like even the butter and oil was salted, pumpkin tart was salty, short rib was salty?

- house wine was basically vinegar, terrible selection.

- I was disappointed and for the amount spent we could have easily enjoyed Hy’s or Il caminetto. I do not recommend this place. Complete bait and switch menu

The main course was really delicious with loads of flavour. but the tomato velouté was very sour. My husband had the Kale salad which was much better and the dessert did not disappoint. It was a great deal for the shoulder season special but the employee health benefit charge isn’t something I want to see on my bill.

This resto really goes out of its way to make an evening fun and memorable. Food is excellent, the service is peerless and the whole place has a casual fun vibe. Good job gang. Thanks

I want to take a moment to praise the folks who took care of us at the bar. I’m sorry I didn’t ask for their names but we just went 23/nov/24
Friendly, amazing food, they were funny. I’ve read reviews people complaining, I don’t get it.
They were awesome! Detailed description of the food when they brought it, and they always checked to see how did we like it.

Hands down one of our favorites in Whistler and this is our ski mountain, so we come often.
Trust, we will be back to Alta.

thank you guys!!
Also, those complaining about the extra charge to take care of the team’s benefits…. What? What type of people are you? lol

Maybe the best food and service we’ve had in Whistler. Sit at the bar and buckle up for a great meal. Also, we love the transparency that this restaurant takes care of their staff so they can take care of you. We will be back - often!
