I visited this restaurant recently. The food itself was fairly average — not bad, but nothing special. However, the location is great and the atmosphere is actually very nice, which I really appreciated.

One thing the restaurant really needs to improve is the table setup. Instead of providing basic condiments and items for each table, there was only one sauce bottle, and one chili container being shared among all tables. Even worse, they had placed toilet...

We stopped for lunch at the Avalanche Pizza in Whistler. They have an ongoing deal - $20 for a large size pizza and 2 Cannes drinks. The pizza options were: cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza and pepperoni pizza. You can't do half n half for variety. So we just ordered cheese. The sauce base was excellent and the pizza crust and thin as well. Enjoyable meal all through.

Stopped in for a late night slice or two. There were lots of pizza slices available, 5 different pizzas. They were hot and reasonably priced. The person working was friendly. Recommend for a quick slice.
