Highlights include the charred octopus, wild scallop crudo, and gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns), with excellent cocktails to complement the food. The ceviche mixto with lobster is also on the menu, though some found the lobster's texture less desirable. Chef Andrés prepares an amazing paella full of authentic Spanish flavors, which guests have found absolutely delicious. The cured meats are spot on, making it a great spot for those who enjoy tapas.
