We had such a wonderful experience at Bar Oso! Chef Andrés prepared an amazing paella full of authentic Spanish flavors — absolutely delicious. The cocktails by bartender Juan were fantastic, and the appetizers from José Luis were also outstanding. Everyone was so warm and friendly, which made the whole evening even better. A true taste of Spain in Whistler!
The food and the space are both incredible. My second home is Madrid, and the cured meats are spot on. All of the food is delicious, the service is beyond friendly. Great experience, highly recommend. ++ you didn’t ask but the playlist is absolute 🔥🎶
