We had an absolutely perfect evening with outstanding wine, food and desert. The service provided by Alec was flawless. Alec gave great recommendations and exceptional care to make our dining experience outstanding. We loved his warm, welcoming and engaging personality which added to our overall enjoyment of an exceptional fine dining experience. Bar Oso and Alec were a highlight of our trip to Whistler.

Wanted to send a shout out to our amazing waitress Hannah. We arrived on a very snowy day and were allowed to sit on the porch with our two large dogs. The sangria we ordered was a bit cloudy looking and had a bit of an and had a bit of an odd taste. I expressed my concern to Hannah, thinking that possibly the fruit had formented and was going bad. I also told her that we’re not looking for a discount just concerned about the taste and clarity of the sangria.

Everything we ordered here was honestly so good ,every dish was solid. But the tomato soup completely stole my heart.

Ironically,there weeds many dish I didn’t take any photo of because I started eating it immediately… and by the time I remembered, it was already gone.

Simple, rich, and incredibly comforting definitely the standout for me. If you go, don’t skip the tomato soup.
