What a giant disappointment (on the food side, service was good, but not great). If there was a 2.5 star option would have given it. With prices approaching a Michelin restaurant, all 3 main dishes at our table were terrible (the appetizers, by contrast, I'll say were good). We complained about the Gnocchi because it was inarguably the worst of the 3 main dishes ordered - tasted worse than not fresh, but freezer burned - but the risotto was also undercooked and dry, the seafood...
The cocktails were decent (but not worth $27), the server team was EXCELLENT—v friendly smart kind caring and attentive, the fire place and table were comfortable, music was ok… but the vegan menu left much to be desired ($39 for gross undercooked chewy “vegan bolognese” with literally shredded Daiya cheese … with the range of vegan cheese available these days like Violife Nuts for Cheese and even Silk Parmesan I honestly expected better from the Four Seasons, especially...
