I had a lovely experience and dinner here. It’s a relatively small and cozy restaurant, and I noticed spaces were filled up quickly as we dined, so reservations are recommend.
Food: portions are great for its price and quality. I had duck breast dish which was very excellent. Perfect seasoning, well-done meat, and loved the variety/amount of veggies that came with it. Highly recommend. My family also loved their dishes, including the artic char and bison short rib.
Drinks were well made as well. They specialize at gin so they have an extensive selection to choose from. Don’t hesitate to ask the bar to adjust your cocktail if needed. They were very nice about it. Services were great overall!

Our meal was fantastic, the pork belly and scallops stood out. The highlight though was the crimson hour cocktail, it was so smooth and uniquely flavourful. Went back twice in the following days after dinner to enjoy it again. Had the opportunity to chat with Daniel, its creator and he was a pleasure to chat with. When I return to whistler, this place will be first on list to visit.
Amazing experience!! Thanks to our waitress Lucy, we had an excellent time at The Brickworks. She gave tailored recommendations based on our taste and preferences, and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. This really allowed us to enjoy our experience throughout the evening. The food was remarkable too, particularly the Korean cauliflower Bowl and ribs were a 10 out of 10. My partner is quite picky with their gin, and thanks to the gin selection and Lucy’s knowledge we will we were able to find our new favorite.
This is our favorite restaurant in Whistler Canada now! A big thank you to Lucy for their fantastic and personable service!!

Dripping my stars. On my bull there was a line EHB. Apparently I am now paying benefits that the owner should be paying for. No mention of it anywhere on the menu I saw. If owners can't afford to pay decent wages, then they should not be in business.
