Yesterday, we had dinner at this restaurant, and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance was very pleasant, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. As for the meal, it was absolutely spectacular! We didn’t expect such a delightful experience, and everything exceeded our expectations. Daniel our bartender was informative, creative and knowledgeable. I ordered a modern classic cocktail and he knew the recipe, I asked for a recommendation and he gave a fantastic recordation based on my personal taste then he recommended signature cocktail which was to my taste as well! Daniel was Extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and very friendly and funny. We also interacted with nick with nick who was very personable and funny and added to our experience.

Have been thinking about the negroni ever since we visited a year ago. Was so excited to see that the bartender Daniel was there, he’s so lovely and so good at what he does, He made the genuinely best espresso martini I’ve ever had. This is must go place in whistler. We had an amazing dinner at brickworks with my family visiting. I’ve dined at all the best Whistler has to offer and Brickworks food competes with or beats them all. Highly recommend it. The venue looks and feels more like a brewery/cocktail bar but the service and dishes are 10/10. Javier provided some of the best service I’ve experience, very friendly and knowledgeable on cuisine, he really went above and beyond to make the evening special.
Everything was very delicious. Be prepared for a long dinner but the food was very yummy! Now a couple members of our party said the bison was a little overpriced. Shirley temple was delicious. Absolutely loved the mushroom toast and fall salad.

Had a delicious gin flight and grazing board that had great flavour pairings all around. Our experience was greatly elevated by our waitress, Charlotte, and her service was exceptional. All night she had friendly banter and great recommendations for different things to try.
We will definitely be coming back many more times. This has been one of the best restaurants that we have had in Whistler.
