We happened to dine during the spring shoulder season & had the tasting menu all of which individually was offered on the regular menu. Everything was delicious and we appreciated the attentive service!

We have gone to Brickworks twice and enjoyed it both times. Good food, drinks, service. One tip I would give first timers is about their reservations. In my experience, when a restaurant lists. “bar” as a seating option, it means in the bar area. The bar itself is generally first come first serve. At Brickworks, “bar seating” reservations mean you are sitting at the actual bar. We had booked the “bar” but since we had three people, the bar itself would have not been ideal. In any case, they another high top available and it was not an issue.

Yesterday, we had dinner at this restaurant, and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance was very pleasant, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. As for the meal, it was absolutely spectacular! We didn’t expect such a delightful experience, and everything exceeded our expectations. Amazing food! Crispy brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had! Happy hour menu was awesome. Visited twice in 3 days and expect to go back again before we leave.

The braised bison short rib was one of the most savoury, well spiced, delectable meals I’ve ever experienced in my life! The tenderness and juiciness was incredible. Lovely waitress named Charlotte provided such an amazing service was so kind and friendly!

Daniel our bartender was informative, creative and knowledgeable. I ordered a modern classic cocktail and he knew the recipe, I asked for a recommendation and he gave a fantastic recordation based on my personal taste then he recommended signature cocktail which was to my taste as well! Daniel was Extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and very friendly and funny. We also interacted with nick with nick who was very personable and funny and added to our experience.

Have been thinking about the negroni ever since we visited a year ago. Was so excited to see that the bartender Daniel was there, he’s so lovely and so good at what he does, He made the genuinely best espresso martini I’ve ever had. This is must go place in whistler. Especially for Daniel’s cocktails ❤️
