Great service and wonderful food. The place was packed but service didn't suffer. One of our go to places now!

Thank you so much to the Brickworks team for helping make our dear friend's birthday super special. The time you took to talk through the gins with us was great! Thank you for being so thoughtful.

Had 3 for $23 appetizers, one orecchiette and the mine charcuterie board. All were fantastic. If we were staying here longer would go again!

Love this place when in Whistler. The service and food are outstanding. Nice to see Javier is back! Known for gin and other delicious cocktails, both our choices did not disappoint! We had the 3 course menu feature and there was a wide variety of mouth watering options. Served by a lovely gal ( wish I got her name) who paired a wine for the chop and was attentive and personable. Lively atmosphere and cozy decor. Highly recommend...

Exceptional location just off the beaten path. Wonderful atmosphere like a local pub, but little upscale. Surprised at the quality and varied flavours of the meals. Server and service was exceptional with a great personality. Wouldn't just highly recommend this establishment, would vigourously recommend this establishment. Not to be missed while in Whistler in the village.

Had an excellent meal at The Brickworks! We took advantage of the $45 Fall Three Course special. For starters we chose the Bruschetta and Bison carpaccio. Both were beautifully plated and delicious. For the main course we had the Arctic Char and the Roast Chicken. Both were cooked perfectly and composed nicely. For dessert we went with the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake and Carrot Cake. Both were lovely, the cheesecake edged out the cake a wee bit. The atmosphere was warm, cozy and the vibe was chill. Our server was great and we would enjoy dining here again. They have a huge collection of gins, if you love a gin and tonic, this would be the spot!

Found this amazing place….a bit off the beaten path. We had such an amazing experience! From the cocktails to the food to the service, this place is ah-mazing! Be sure to order the venison precchiette which is so delicious! Definitely the number one item of the signature mains! Will be back for sure!

Food was fantastic! Be sure to try the venison orecchiette-it's bursting with flavour. The bar staff will make any drink just to your liking. The wait staff are very attentive. Would definitely return!

Nous avons adoré notre repas chez Brickworks. Pour deux personnes, nous avons pris deux entrées (carpaccio de bison et un tataki de thon). C'était suffisant et délicieux. Très bon service, barman impeccable.

Great time at Brickworks our first night in Whistler! The carrot dip and beef carpaccio are must-trys. Our server was patient with my table's indecisiveness, and when one member didn't end up liking what they ordered, we were brought a small tasting portion of his other choice instead. Incredibly kind and delicious experience!

The reason why I give this restaurant 3 stars is because our server was not very knowledgeable in hospitality field. She took our order with other people’s dirty plates in her hand and at one point she even placed them on our table while typing in our order. This is very unsanitary and unprofessional. She also messed up our drink order twice. It took forever for our food to arrive. My chicken was extremely dry and barely had any pesto filling. My husband’s bison had very little meat and mainly consisted of fat. We will not return.

Crappy service - they didn’t seem to want us there despite the place being empty when we arrived and kept reminding us that we needed to leave soon. Terrible experience really but it was pouring rain and the place is right in our hotel so we couldn’t be bothered walking to find a better place.

We spent about $300 on drinks in 90 minutes or so which I guess wasn’t good enough for the team there.

Quite a dingy vibe as well, messy looking and the staff didn’t seem to enjoy their job.

This has become our “must stop” happy hour every trip to Whistler.

Their small plate special is our go to, with Brussel Sprouts (they are simply amazing) and Mussels always 2 of the dishes that we pick. The food is always great.

Getting to try a different gin every time is always fun as well.

The staff have always been on point and cheerful.

Highly recommend a visit when in Whistler.
