This review is for the Chalet restaurant, affiliated with the Château Fairmont.
We had an absolutely delicious meal in a magical atmosphere. We all had the classic fondue menu, so a cheese fondue with bread, a fondue chinoise with broth and prime rib, and a chocolate fondue for dessert with many sweet treats to dip in the chocolate. Our server, Jack, made excellent recommendations for both the meal and wine pairings. It was an experience we will all treasure.

What an amazing place for Christmas vacation! The location was great! Food was good at their hotel restaurant. Ski out from hotel to the gondola. Service was impeccable. They unload your car and ski equipment and you just show up to the ski valet and get your things and go! When you’re done for the day they valet your skis again at the foot of the slopes!
