Francis took such great care of us and truly elevated the experience—along with the cozy atmosphere, amazing food, drinks, and live music (one of my favs). We were lucky enough to sit in his section twice, and his kindness and attentiveness made each visit even better.“

“Went to the Westin for a casual cocktail and snack with a girl friend after a nice spa day. We meet Nicole, Axel , and Jesse. Their service was incredible. Nicole noticed us right away and politely told us there was a wait for table but gave us a seat at the bar and checked in on us frequently while serving her other tables. Axel recommended an amazing drink he created called the wild fire. Such a delicious drink. Great food we ordered the truffle fries. All the staff was so friendly will continue to come back !“
