We had an 8 PM reservation for two for our wedding anniversary. Within 15 minutes of being seated, other diners sat right down beside us. I found the space between tables to be very small. Our waiter was unable to even stand at the edge of the table. He talked to me over my shoulder. Due to the proximity of the diners beside us, I felt that our conversation was being listened in on and it was difficult to filter out their conversation. We try to schedule a visit each year we come to Whistler and do so for all the right reasons - ambience, impeccable service, and some of the best menus items found within the Whistler area! Once again we were not disappointed! The price fixe menu we found offered the perfect lobster bisque for fall, a wonder warm mushroom salad, and delicious scallops as appetizers. Never disappointed. Always a perfect experience over 25 years of dining at Rimrock. Superb presentation. Wonderful selection. Cuisine delicious. Even non-occasions are célébrâted when dining there with friends or with partner. We always look forward to it.
