I stayed in Whistler for two weeks and visited this Starbucks every day. The experience was mostly great, but one staff member, a female with an Asian background, left a poor impression due to her unpleasant tone and attitude. I put up with it because I wanted my Starbucks fix after skiing! On the other hand, Victor (a male staff member) was incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile, wishing me a wonderful day when handing me my coffee.

A franchise store nice staff but unorganized and slow, partial orders etc. forget standing in line for a refill apparently its privately owned not corporate. Id support a local store up here

It's a Starbucks. Was sufficiently so. Great location, can easily stumble in, stumble out. Line up is ridiculous in the mornings tho. Maybe a 30 min wait. People flipping out and losing their minds. I thought it was funny but that's just me. Make sure you're not in a hurry and you'll be good.
