After our disappointing first visit to The Grill Room in 2024, we decided to give them a second try this year. We're glad we did. Unlike our first time, the steaks were perfectly tender, perfectly cooked as ordered, and perfectly seasoned-- not too salty, not too bland, just right. Three of us ordered tenderloin fillets and I ordered the ribeye, and they were all very tender and tasted fantastic. We celebrated our engagement at the Grill Room and honestly could not of had a better experience. From start to finish. Cocktails, food, ambience. The 44oz tomahawk was exceptional, really great quality and was cooked to perfection. Sliced at the table. The service was also second to none, all of the staff were so friendly and really made it a special night to remember. We couldn't recommend the Grill Room enough!!
The Grill Room at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler completely exceeded our expectations. We tried the four-course prix fixe menu, and every course felt thoughtful, beautifully executed, and genuinely memorable.
