so phenomenal, the service was better than anything we've ever experienced and the food was incredible. will be back!
The restaurant vibes are vibrant and chic, great for a date night. The food is a little pricey but totally worth it. I had the cauliflower Caesar salad to start and it was delicious. I had a tenderloin & frites as my main... it was the best tenderloin I've ever had. My husband had the tuna tartare, followed by sablefish and loved both. They also make incredible drinks. I had a mocktail, the amaretto sour - wow! Soooo good. Highly recommend Wild Blue!
Loved it here for the third time dining here. Nit pick- not every dish ( ex: veg) needs a sauce thrown on it..
Really stellar food. Everything from the oysters to tuna tartar to sablefish was perfectly crafted.
Decent. Food was above average. Small portions. Service was above average. Wasn't expecting anything for bday that's why we ordered dessert & coffee. However our server came out w a bday cake - thimble-size bite of confetti cake. I didn't know how to take it. Thought it was a joke but she didn't laugh. Wouldn't go again.
The food was outstanding. We had the beet salad, lobster, rib eye, scallops and a couple prawns. We decided to get a sweet treat and splurged with the chocolate cake. Everything was delicious! The service was attentive but not intrusive.
My partner and I dined here for dinner last night as a treat to ourselves since we love visiting Whistler. From start to finish, the experience was superb. Is it on the pricier side? Sure, but this is one of those experiences I wouldn't recommend skimping - lean into the lush experience!
We were served by Bethany who made us feel so welcomed, looked after, and settled in. When we asked for recommendations on drinks and food choices, she always had fab options that didn't feel forced - it felt like someone that was a genuine human being helping another vs. being too sales-y. Lots of smiles and laughs along the way really made the experience memorable. Thank you so much, Bethany!
The dining area is perfect. From the mood lighting to the sleek designs and view of the kitchen, every detail is really beautifully thought out. The staff really made you feel welcomed.
Since this location was part of the Amex platinum dining card experience, it was a non-brainer when deciding whether to go here or not. You can tell the amex team knew that the standards were perfect to add to this 'must visit' place.
All-in-all, we loved our visit last night and can't wait to visit again in the future. Definitely worth a special trek getting here - you won't regret it!

A+ vibe. Apps/mains can be a bit hit or miss but the sides (which includes prawns and lamb chops) and drinks were A+

Overall, very excellent. At this price point, a little pickiness is okay. So, here goes.
Drinks were quite slow (15 minutes). While we waited for the first round, our server came back and asked if we'd like to order our meal. I think this is a faux pas correctable with some training. Maybe it's just me.
I said we'd wait for our drinks, as a hint, and within a few more minutes they arrived. Just as he set down the last glass, he asked about food again. Another pet peeve... Let us taste the drinks at least.
Also, there was zero recognition of how long it took to get them.
There were plenty of staff buzzing about, including managers. Noticing such things and getting efficiencies (maybe by the manager doing more than buzzing about) takes a very good restaurant to great. We've had that experience now at two other places here. Everyone and everything clicks.
Ok, enough pretentiousness.
Truffle fries were wonderful and they didn't scrimp on the truffle like many places do.
Lobster bisque was very good but light on the lobster. I'm a New Englander so I know lobster bisque. :)
Two filets with more frites and amazing flavor and cooked perfectly.
Cavatelli with truffle was delicious.
Sablefish ranked as amazing.
Dessert was the chocolate fondant and it was outstanding plus beautifully presented.
Pricey, even for here, and with some minor tweaks could be amazing overall.

Probably one of the best options in the Whistler village area. Every dish was well executed and pleasantly presented. The oysters are super fresh and plump, cauliflower was exquisite, black cod was one of the freshest I’ve ever had. The waitress serviced our table nearly flawlessly despite the full house peak time, which made a BIG contribution for me to wish for revisiting. The noise level was quite high - could have been a bit more controlled, considering the price point of this restaurant.

All the reviews are spot on. We had the most delicious oysters of our entire BC trip here—and we tried a lot of them. The bar servers were incredibly friendly, and the vibe was relaxed even though the space and food felt upscale. We went with the prix fixe menu, and every single dish was outstanding, so much so that we came back for another dinner.
This place is genuinely worth a 12-hour trip. We had the tuna tataki, fries, Wagyu, bone-in pork loin, lamb, and of course, more oysters. The cilantro ice served with the oysters is amazing, and somehow they still manage to have the best oysters of all. The meat dishes were all superb—the Wagyu was buttery with great flavor, the pork was perfectly cooked, and whatever those high-brow tater tots are, I don’t even know… but I need to go back. The tuna didn’t disappoint either. They also have the best staff in all of Whistler- sharp, friendly, funny, nice- this place is just the best. ❤️

This was our first time here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our waiter, Donald, was friendly and patiently explained everything on the menu.
My wife got a Cosmopolitan and thought it was good. I had a nice Belgian beer. For appetizers, we got the lobster bisque and the sourdough bread with olives. The bread was tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside.
We're glad we got it because we used it to absorb every remaining drop of the delicious lobster bisque!
We got the spaghetti with spot prawns and the sable fish. The sauce with the spaghetti was very flavorful and the prawns very tender. We cleaned the bowl with the bread. No sauce left behind.
The sable fish was delicious and so flaky! The mushrooms, and other veggies are very good and the sauce was wonderful!
We'd definitely recommend!

Amazing service and amazing food! The choice of cocktails is great for everyone, I recommend the pistachio, they have a selection of nonalc cocktails as well. The desserts are always top notch, I’ve been getting the chocolate fondant cake the past few visits and it never lets down! Consistent high quality food and service. Highly recommend!
Free parking underground is another great perk
