Everything about our experience here exceeded expectations. The food was divine, the sticky toffee was mouthwatering, but what blew us away was the service. Our server, Beth, was warm, kind, knowledgeable and perfectly attentive. No detail was missed. I will be returning and encouraging others to go. Thank you for all of the work that undoubtedly went into building such a fabulous dining experience!

This was my second time at Wild Blue and both times blew me away in every category. Last night, we tried the 4 course meal and loved every bite. Our waitress Bethany was amazing! As someone who spent many years working in hospitality and notices every detail, she truly represents incredibly customer service. I find that level of care to be hard to experience in restaurants now a days. Bethany was so friendly, thoughtful and immensely knowledgeable about each dish and wine. It was very impressive. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Meh. Cavatelli was like an expensive Mac and cheese. Halibut didn’t taste fresh. Expect more

I was really excited about this restaurant, but was very disappointed on arrival Because the kitchen was completely unable to accommodate my allergy. I’m allergic to garlic. Normally at fine dining establishments, the cook will come to the table to discuss how they can modify menu items so that I can enjoy a meal without getting sick. For that reason, our entire party had to leave and go to a different restaurant. Luckily, we found Il Camionetto just down the road. The chef there was more than happy to make me a delicious meal, garlic, free. I felt well taken care of there. I believe all guests should feel welcome at a restaurant. I’m sure the food is good if you can eat it, but beware if you have any allergies, because they will not be accommodated.

Excellent Gibson, wish I knew the proportionsAbsolut ElyxHendrixMartini BiancoThis might be my favourite place in Whistler. The appetizers, shared plates are the best. Oysters, hamachi, tuna etc.My entree, sea bass, was interesting but wasn’t outstanding.Hope for someone else footing the bill but if it’s you so be it.

One of the best seafood restaurants in Canada - you won't regret it. Cocktails are phenomenal.

One of the better meals I’ve had in a while and the service was top notch. You could tell every ingredient was hand selected for premium quality and taste. From the attention to detail in how the cocktails were made (we sat at the bar) to the way the food was brought out with perfect timing, this was an elevated dining experience. Seafood was fantastic and would come back in a heart beat.

Best meal of the week! It started with how friendly and accommodating the hostess was. She got us a great table. Our waiter was excellent and knew the menu really well. The food and the wine were amazing! Highly recommend the hamachi appetizer. We also had oysters and several small plates for our mains (see photo). Enjoyed the praline bar for dessert. This restaurant is not in the village center. It’s across the road from the Hilton so you won’t see it from just walking around. We learned about it from a woman who sat next to us at a bar our first night in Whistler. So happy we took her recommendation and happy to spread the word.

Host was nice. Place looked very nice and clean and food was good. HOWEVER… the sommelier woman and our server was not very nice. They took away our apps without asking if we were done with it and they never came back to refill our wine until we flagged them down. When our food came the server never came back to ask how it was or if we needed anything else. The sommelier was very cold towards us but she was very nice to other tables. She spilled wine on my friend’s food and didn’t apologize and the entire time she did not speak a single word to us. For spending over $600 here I would expect better service?? Would not recommend.

Food was mediocre. However, the biggest turn off we had coming to the restaurant was the service. We were being helped by Jason. Steak wasn’t done right and was taken back and they brought out the same piece of cut up steak that I had and just popped it into the microwave. He also passed by our table several times with our water, and wine glasses empty. When they were cleaning our tables, they didn’t ask if we were done with anything and took away our plates while we were still working on them. The sommelier wasn’t any better either. She was wearing a green blazer and was very unapologetic about forgetting to pour the rest of our bottle that we had. Everyone here seems to act as if they’re better than us. Never coming back and will definitely be warning our local friends. Not to mention that we were the only people of colour seated in the restaurant.

Terrible service. Racist staff. Extremely appalling sommelier. ( only talks to white people). Watch out for Jason C. Don’t bother coming here if you are anything but White.

Wow what an incredible night! Travelled the world and explored many fine dining restaurants. This is one of the best I’ve been to and I will remember the phenomenal service from the ladies at the front desk to our sommelier and waitress. Bravo to the owner of this business. Lots of happy staff and the interior design is stunning. My husband and I ate the two tier seafood platter, stable fish & linguine - absolutely mouth watering. Thank you Team Wild Blue for a stellar experience!
