I have now written to open table about this restaurant three times with no response addressing the issue - the restaurant is NOT there YET open table took a credit card number to forward to the restaurant to secure the reservation - the restaurant apparently has been shut down for six months!!!! Not impressed...

The restaurant wasn't open, so we showed up for our anniversary dinner and couldn't find it. Finally found out from a neighbouring restaurant that they are closed for renovations and never shut down their Open Table. We ended up walking uphill for 15 minutes to find another restaurant that could take us.

The restaurant is still showing as open and you can even still somehow make reservations for it. The site needs to be updated ASAP. This will continue to have a lot of the upset and confused people.

This restaurant is out of business!! Open Table accepted my reservation and collected my credit card info for a restaurant that does not exist. Felt like an idiot wandering up and down the street with out-of-town guests trying to find the restaurant.
The restaurant is closed but they've not indicated otherwise on their website or on any other media platforms. Wasted an evening driving out there and then tying to find an alternate dinner venue on a busy Saturday evening.
This restaurant is no longer open, yet Open Table still had it available for reservations. We booked it, gave a credit card guarantee, paid for parking, and walked to the restaurant, only to find it closed and looking like it is being renovated or something. We were very disappointed, because the menu looked great, and it was a busy Saturday night and we were unable to get in anywhere else. Open Table needs to update its website with respect to this restaurant.

It doesn't exist anymore, and needs to be removed from Open Table! I was a bit alarmed that I gave my credit card number to hold a table for a restaurant that no longer exists. We didnt realize it didnt exist until we arrived at the spot and found new owners decorating their new restaurant. It's a shame, because when we tried it last fall, we really liked it.

I’m not one to moan but when paying decent money at a restaurant you expect a decent service. We arrived on time and were left awkwardly standing waiting to be seated, where the sign says “wait to be seated”!! Restaurant staff walked passed us without even asking if they could help! Finally we got acknowledged and shown to a table. On our 3rd request for some water it turned up but by that time we had drank and ate our meals! Our server came over to us just as we finished our meals and asked if we wanted our bill!! One of us still had half a beer to drink! We weren’t asked if we would like another drink or if we wanted to look at the dessert menu. At that point we felt like it was a good time to leave and said yes to getting our bill. Our empty plates and glasses were not cleared and just left.Although the service was extremely poor at least the server was friendly and pleasant! It felt very unorganized and somewhat chaotic, the impression felt was like no one really knew what they were doing. On a good note the food was nice!

The service was great but the food quality was lacking. The standards of the restaurant fell when I went to wash my hands in the restroom. The place was dirty and did not look like it has been washed in a while. (Specifically the sink to the mirrors). The food quality was just ok - even the Mole Alebrijes con Pato. We will not return.
