Went to The Bund, February 12. Went for dinner. Sat on patio. Heaters kept us warm. Had pineapple chicken, Shanghai fried noodles, and beef and greens. It was all amazing. The couple who own it and run it, are beautiful. My new favorite restaurant.
Thank you for the wonderful Lunar New Year celebration. Amzing food, beautiful views, and great company made this a Chamber mixer to remember.
Wonderful food and the most beautiful views. We had an event here for a Lunar New Year celebration. Everyone raved about the food.

The Bund Shanghai Cuisine & Bar is a modern restaurant with a beautiful patio offering stunning views of the White Rock Pier, perfect for sunset. The interior features modern decor, reminiscent of upscale establishments. The service is excellent, with the owner welcoming late arrivals and providing hot tea while they place their orders. The food is authentic, with big portions and fresh ingredients. Standout dishes include the Seafood Crispy Rice and Sauteed Eggplant. Other dishes, such as the shrimp and scallops over crispy rice and mixed seasonal vegetables stir fry, are also notable. The restaurant's environment is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for enjoying the water view while dining. The patio provides a great setting, especially in summer, and the scenery is highly appreciated, especially by Western visitors. Parking can be challenging due to limited paid options, but there is parking nearby across the road, making it convenient for families. The restaurant was busy during Mother's Day, reflecting its popularity, and staff work hard to serve customers efficiently. The food and prices are considered good, with favorites like taro fries, 3 cups chicken pot, Shanghai Fried noodles, and duck with lettuce wrap. The restaurant also offers a clean washroom and a breezy atmosphere, making it a good choice for drinks and casual dining.
