“Us old "foggies" love the beer shack. We even sometimes like to call it "Sawbucks South" because they love the 70s cover bands and even let us dance! Beers are ok but location is most important. I feel like there's not enough places around here that cater to our generation so I'd like to say thank you.“

We chose to sit outside and it was warm when it did get a little chilly we had blankets from the staff. “I’d like to give a shoutout to your bar lead/manager at the Langley Willowbrook location, Hussien. He has been nothing short of amazing to me and my friends.

There are very few people who genuinely take pride and joy in their job, and Hussien is definitely one of them. I’ve had the pleasure of being served by him a few times, and every time he goes above and beyond what’s expected. He always makes sure we’re satisfied and happy with our order and overall experience.

What really stands out about Hussien is that he’s not only exceptional with customers at King Taps, but he’s also incredibly supportive and respectful toward his own staff. You can tell he leads in a way that encourages people rather than pressures them. Even with other staff and delivery drivers, he treats everyone with the same kindness and respect.

He’s genuinely a very kind and humble person, and in my opinion he’s the epitome of what a manager should be. I truly believe he’ll move into higher management in no time.

People deserve to be recognized and appreciated when they go above and beyond what’s necessary, and Hussien absolutely deserves that recognition.“

“We were there for a birhday dinner and sat at the Bar One area, which is adjacent to the Denny's side. The ambiance is nice and modern. Food selections were different than the Denny's menu but you can order from both. The Chili Lime chicken bowl, chicken tacos were delicious. The Thai chili bites were tasty but the texture was crumbly. The highlight of this place however is the excellent customer service, especially from Cash Thank you for a memorable dinner!“

“Great place for a milestone trip! Excellent food, wide variety for both picky and adventurous eaters. Waiter was super - he was pleasant, not overly-checking-in, but not intrusive ether. Didn't catch his name - he reminded me of an 1980's Val Kilmer with a silver tooth or two - he went above and beyond to find a dish that worked for our table (with some dietary restrictions). Another staff female member helped us find The Olympics on TV. Thanks for a great night! First time in Canada for a Taekwondo tournament with my teen (hi from Oregon!). “I've been playing hockey at this arena for 15 years and Boomers has always been a great place to go eat before or after a game. I've always had great service from Mady and sadly now myself and my team no longer go to restaurant after game unless Mady is working as the service from others has been terrible.“

Ordered Bhelpuri, Pavbhaji and Pani Puri. Pani Puri was the best followed by Pav Bhaji. Bhelpuri was okay not as great. Followed by a rich masala tea.

Service is great- Plentiful free parking available.
