“Nothing better than service with an attitude here for a hockey tournament, they closed the door said they’re at capacity despite several empty seats. The staff was super disorganized and only one waitress was bringing our food and drinks she’s run off her feet, while the two others focus on telling people they’re at capacity. Terribly run and unfriendly service except for one gem of a waitress“
“I ordered paneer tikka with garlic naan and rumali roti which is very tasty.I loved the place as well . Service also very good.Highly recommended dishes to eat paneer tikka .I will visit to again to eat a fabulous food in ice and spice restaurant.“
“The Keg is a great place to celebrate the special occasions in your life. We celebrated our "38th wedding anniversary” with an excellent dinner and the best ever service tonight! “I have dined in at masala boyz several times now. It consistently has great service and great food. They clearly put emphasis on the staff being extremely kind, and catering.Facilities have always been clean and tidy.Great restaurant, my favourite for indian food.Parking: Conveniently located restaurant, strange parking lot to access due to busy roads. Just prepare to enter on 201 or 96. Exit onto 96 heading east.“
“I tried the marguerita pizza for the first time and found it soggy in the middle although still quite tasty. Would be nice to have a shrimp pesto pizza or add extra toppings to plain pizza. Everything else was great. The service was excellent and our food arrived super fast. Would be nice to have more lower chairs as we sat at a high table. Cheesecake was delicious. Parking underground is reasonable at $3 for evening rate.“
“Edit: ended up coming back for a friends birthday dinner about a year after first visit. Service had improved vastly, and our cocktails were delicious. Food was still excellent.Miso maple salmon was wonderful. Espresso martini was extremely bitter. Kudos to the kitchen, but won't be returning due to overall poor restaurant experience. Service was sub par.“
“We were at the Keg last night everyone was so friendly especially our server Jerry. The food was great (we had the prime rib). I must say that Jerry our server is a Keg gem. Such a nice young man and really helped make our night special. 10/10 for us.“
“I really like the place and I have visited it on several occasions, especially the one located on Granville Island. I just want to say that I am one of those who tip, not what they suggest, but according to the service and not the amount, which is what I see. What happened over the weekend when visiting them? In this case, I think the waiter expected much more than what he gave him and his reaction was somewhat rude and he did not hide his anger. It is not an obligation to do so, but they should emphasize that his reactions are not so noticeable. In my opinion, it somewhat tarnishes the excellent service that characterizes them.“
