I had the pleasure of dining at Cosmos last Tuesday. My cousin from Germany and his wife came to visit and I want to take them where I knew they would be treated special and had great and varied menu. It's always special to be greeted by Christina, George and Bia. We were sat at a table by the window and a very attentive server by the name of Byron approached.
