This place is our family's go to for gelato on White Rock pier. Very fresh and flavorful ice-cream!Shop is a bit cluttered with random knick-knacks. I'm not sure if any of it is selling but it would probably improve the experience to not have so much clutter.Parking: Parking right along the pier, but availability will depend on the day that you're going.

Such a cute little shop, with a lovely Turkish owner, super high quality gelato and great chats too. She has gluten free cones and something to suit all other dietary needs. She even gave us a free taster on top of our cones because we never asked for a taster before we ordered; such a cutie! Beware when you are ordering ice cream at this shop. Somehow two one (they were small) scoop cones ($6.00/ea) and a child's cone ($1.71) turned into a $22.00+ bill. When I requested an itemized reciept I was told I couldn't get one. I asked how she got to this total, and I was told the small Waffle cones were extra. Somehow this turned into $6 extra dollars??? She said they were homemade lol. They were not. So when you order a cone, you're paying just for the ice cream, then, from what I was charged, another $3 dollars for a small waffle cone (not the nice large ones you see in other shops that are actually homeade). I told the lady that was outrageous, to which she responded, 'Well our waffle cones are so delicious'.

The shop is super cute. With souvenirs and trinkets. Stones and shells and snacks. Really versatile. We had gone for ice cream so my review is more about that part of the store. We specifically went to this store as it had vegan (dairy free) options for ice cream on their info page. They have a nice selection. It's a bit expensive size as the scoops were underwhelming. And my pet peeve is the older clerk. The wonderful young clerk Put a scoop into my 7 yr olds gluten and dairy free kid sized ice cream... then an older gentlemen came by and took the scoop off right in front of the child then put a smaller scoop on. Then walked away... look at the photo to see the $26 for 2 kid size icecream d two adult regular sizes. (Pictured are the regular size adult scoop) Granted the store does also support lots of charities. Local Initiative and vilages in rural parts of the world. I think it would have been fine had that man not made an even smaller ice cream scoop for the poor kid who has a hard enough time finding a dessert that's gluten. Egg and dairy free . And to do it right in front of his face. Yikes.

This place was so cute! Delicious ice cream, LOTS of vegan options, fun crystals and knick-knacks, and super sweet staff. We'll be back for sure. Highly recommend checking it out! :)

Honestly I will never return here.The elderly male seemed more concerned about the money. He accidentally bumped/ touched the icecream against a hard surface and never said anything because he thought I didn’t notice. What made me feel uncomfortable he told me to pick a tip selection and he held the icecream waiting until my payment went through like I was going to take off with it. While I was paying he was holding onto my icecream with icecream visibly melting. No napkin provided with the melting icecream. No accessible napkins in plain view. The cup was sticky. Not worth the money or my 5 minutes of my time.There are way better places with AMAZING customer service, yes with napkins provided, and inexpensive.

The gelato is really good and they always have interesting flavours along with the classics. There are dairy-free options that are delicious too. The owners know us by face even after a bit of a hiatus on our part, recognizing our children and how much they've grown. They even remember our parents who live out of town and they've only seen a couple of times! The gelato scene has changed on White Rock beach but Heaven's Angels has stayed as one of the top 2 or 3 places to get gelato there.
