One word, horrible. Chunks of frozen ice in Gelato: no taste of the flavor at all. Just massive amount of sugar and unfortunately that is all you can taste. Probably the worse ice cream I have ever had and I have had a lot.

Excellent location, just on the street at the end of the pier. Beautiful view while eating your ice cream. The gelato and ice cream were delicious. We tried the hedgehog and dark chocolate flavors. High-quality treats and very friendly customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back with friends.

This is our favourite gelato ice cream place in White Rock. I went on a day that started with a bit of rain but turned out to be beautiful. So as expected, the place got busy and the young man working there handled it like a pro! He was all smiles greeting everyone and was really patient with big groups. I had the Aftogato with Cookies and cream gelato and my daughter had the vanilla gelato on a waffle cone. Everything is delicious as always. The quality of their gelato ice cream is top notch and is a must try. The store is located right across the White Rock Boardwalk and pier; identified as Canadas longest pier. You can walk around the pier after you get your ice cream or you can sit on their patio which is overlooking a beautiful view of the beach. They have plenty of seating on the patio or there’s also a table outside right next to the exit. Shoutout to the young man who helped us on that busy day. I can just imagine it to be stressful working on his own with a busy crowd but he remained calm and still providing exceptional customer service. We can’t wait till our next visit.
We love the selection here, and the soft serve is great, but for the love of God you guys need to hire more people. On a busy busy sunny day, you often just have one person working. As a customer I've already seen three sets of potential clients come in and leave because the wait is too long. That was just in the 10 min that I was here.
Its hard seeing a great place suffer because the management or owner won't hire more staff.

Amazing Experience at Maya’s Ice Cream!
We recently visited Maya’s Ice Cream in White Rock, and I was blown away by the experience. The staff were incredibly sweet and patient with my child, making the visit extra special. They were having fun behind the counter, which shows that the place is run by some amazing owners and managers.
The ice cream itself is to die for! I highly recommend the Almond Pistachio and Tiger flavors. The scoops are huge, so make sure to treat yourself to a couple. You won’t regret it!
Go and get yourself some delicious ice cream at Maya’s – you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered a float and it came with the original cola glass bottle. When I was finished, I couldn’t find any recycling bins in the store and tried to return it to the staff. The staff told me to dispose of it in the public regular garbage bin that’s outside the store. Doesn’t seem like an ethical business practice to me.
