Great spot for a healthy little lunch. Nice soups and innovate smoothies. I like buying my veg. and fruit there as everything is organic so no worries about any cross-confusion with the regular produce. It's a smallish store with a neighbourhood vibe.

There soups if I figured the vegetables are el dente. and make from scratch. Are far better than save on food.n White Rock or any other locations !!!! They are cryovac bags!!! Not only there is no pride of making fresh soups and sense of accomplishment for the cooking staff. But there do not teach them to do rotations of the soup.
