The foods, service and ambience of the Restaurant is fabulous and worth for money they taken my order correct and my request are taken care off, I came for lunch time their promotions for lunch is absolutely you guys liked lot of choices to choose from . It’s delicious definitely you guys will come back and again and again.

I echo Roger Mulligan’s sentiment about Penang’s dishes losing their spark. Visiting recently, I was thrilled to return, raving to my server about past experiences. However, the crispy orange beef disappointed—lacking the vibrant orange peel and subtle chili flake kick I remembered. What arrived was just fried beef in a decent but forgettable sauce, missing the bold, complex flavors that once made it unforgettable. The Malaysian-style rice fared no better, with a one-note salty taste and no depth. I’d pay anything to relive the vibrant dishes I once cherished here.

We drove out from the valley. Our guest drove out Ladner. Having frequented this place when we lived in the area we wanted to go there again. Well, 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open - they opened the door and said the chef refused to cook! Not impressed!

We ordered take out. 3 guests had allergies (nut and gluten).
The gluten free dishes were delicious- vermicelli noodles, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken (rice flour coating).

The ginger beef was my favorite. Delicious crispy texture.

We ordered half sauce and everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
Some of the best Szechuan cuisine I have had. I will definitely be ordering again!

It's been good before, but this was so mediocre. I hate writing bad reviews. The egg roll looked and tasted like a slightly warmed up frozen Costco spring roll. The food had been sitting for some time. We picked it up within 20 minutes of ordering and it was cold. Just not coming back...sorry.

We have been getting food from Penang for about 20 years - the original food was fantastic but now it has only been getting worse - green beans well over cooked, all flavors dumbed down, nothing tastes like it used to before it was sold a number of years ago - I would no longer classify this as Malaysian - we miss Franks cooking and after giving the new owners many tries we think we are done

Adding a 7.72 tip on a 64 dollar order as a line item for a pick up order...pretty sneaky...and of course we tipped on top of that without looking....will never order from again

The staff at this restaurant are so friendly! I order here regularly and the hot and sour soup can differ slightly but overall super good. I love how many vegetarian options there are and the food is always fresh and you get a good amount for a good price.
