I echo Roger Mulligan’s sentiment about Penang’s dishes losing their spark. Visiting recently, I was thrilled to return, raving to my server about past experiences. However, the crispy orange beef disappointed—lacking the vibrant orange peel and subtle chili flake kick I remembered. We ordered take out. 3 guests had allergies (nut and gluten).
The gluten free dishes were delicious- vermicelli noodles, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken (rice flour coating).

The ginger beef was my favorite. Delicious crispy texture.

We ordered half sauce and everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
Some of the best Szechuan cuisine I have had. I will definitely be ordering again!
