We ordered the king salmon sashimi—it was very fresh, creamy, and tender. We also tried Taka’s signature set, which included miso soup, a small bowl of edamame, a house roll, and five pieces of aburi. Additionally, we ordered a wagyu aburi and a caterpillar roll. All the rolls were delicious. The aburi was fresh, though they all tasted quite similar due to the same sauce on top. The miso soup was just average, with only two slices of mushroom. Everyone kept recommending this place and I hadn't had time to visit until now. I got lucky and it wasn't too busy on a day I wanted to celebrate.
I ordered bluefin chutoro, otoro, and uni nigiri. Food was fantastic and service was attentive!

We love Taka's sushi. It has been our go-to for take-away for many years, from back in the day of Taka and his wife, to the current owner, Dhillon. We are willing to pay the price for the excellent, consistent quality. What I also really appreciate is that they are willing to make all their rolls 'keto-friendly', which simply means making them with out rice - they are excellent!
