ordered online and went to pick up only to find out the store wasn't even open all locked up by 4pm. Called customer service and asked for a refund, they said they sent am email to the store and have to wait for it to be approved. Tried calling store just for it to ring and ring and then hang up. Called head office again just to be told they are open which they are not!!! I want my money back and I will never again order from this place ever again.
