I have the utmost gratitude for the baristas, I am always welcomed with a smile and greeting. Some of the staff go out of their way to share a story or engage in fun banter .I always get my coffee and or food in a reasonable amount of time. It's probably my favorite place to go and unwind with a coffee.

Starbucks Coffee Company in Williams Lake has friendly and hard-working staff who provide excellent customer service. The baristas are always friendly and fast at making the beverages. Some staff members go the extra mile to make sure customers have a good experience and a good day. The restaurant has nice music, and customers sit either outside or inside. The hours are good, either early in the morning or up till 9 PM most days. Dietary restrictions are accommodated, as customers can get dairy free. However, there is a lot of change over in staff, and it feels like customers are a number with no customer acknowledgement. One customer ordered a grande, but it was half full, so they now order grande in a venti cup for a perfect grande size.
