“McGee's is a fantastic spot that never disappoints! The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a night out or a casual meal. “I was able to experience this bar during a sponsored Hennessy Bar Crawl during the week of Juneteenth. The event was presented as a fundraiser for black Joy which I love to participate in. I love the service of the bartender's and the overall bar experience was a vibe. It was a very modern but classic feel. All of the people were very friendly and the bartenders knew how to mix a drink right. This is definitely a place I will venture to again as this bar is tucked away in Downtown Oakland but once you're inside you definitely feel the love.“

“This place is a gem if you’re looking for big, satisfying comfort food. The sandwiches and burgers are HUGE—definitely come hungry or plan to take some home. The portions alone make it worth it.
The gator tots were a standout—super crispy and packed with flavor. You can tell it’s a well-loved local spot with a laid-back vibe.
It’s also conveniently located near public transportation, which makes it really easy to swing by. Overall, a great go-to spot when you want something hearty and delicious!“

“Yo, I just went to this place a couple weeks ago and their pizza is on point! We had like a pesto chicken pizza and that shit smacked!! there wasn’t a lot of people so I liked that it was chill. It’s a good place to do karaoke and bring some friends to just eat chill and vibe. Definitely my new favorite pizza spot.“

“We went in 7/11 to watch Norway and England game and it was very fun. The food was delicious. I got the brisket sandwich and mmm mmm mmm it was TENDER. The service was wonderful. I want to genuinely thank the waitress who literally walked me to the bathroom so I wouldn’t have to face the throng of passionate fans. That was above and beyond and just very kind. Thank you. “Great bar and atmosphere. Was visiting a friend in the area and decided to go after eating Ramon across the street. The bartender did an awesome job with the drinks and had funny convos. Definitely come here for a nice chill spot in San Leandro! Fridays are kareoke nights!!!“

“I admire this restaurant! They provide good meals, their menu is decent, The chef in that spot is well trained, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently good, the attitude towards the clients is good. I often go to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.“

“While looking for lunch and a drink while watching the World Cup, I stumbled upon Cali Sports Bar and Kitchen for the first time. It was a fun place. Good food, a great selection of adult beverages and a great atmosphere. The servers gave wonderful service and made our lunch great experience.“

Indoor and outdoor seating options (dog friendly outdoors). They also have lots of TVs for MMA, European, Cricket, and all sports fanatics, inclusive of Baseball, Basketball, and Football! VJ’s also has a FULL COCKTAIL BAR! Great beer selection as well! The owner and his staff are all great. Come by and check out VJ’s! It’s next to the UPS Store at Marina Village.“
