“This is my favorite Carl's Jr. in North county. Super super nice staff, always accommodating with my weird orders, even taking over for the AI assistant. Thank you!!

“It's rare to find a value equal or better than In-N-Out, but Carl's has with its California XL Combo. Under $10 for the burger medium combo meal. Burger was delicious with fresh ingredients and large patties. Fries were good as well. Employees were excellent and friendly. Resturant was reasonably clean for amount of staff on hand. Biggest disappointment, not of just this establishment, but Carl's Jr. as a whole is their choice of color scheme just like a lot of establishments these days are what I call Clinical Grey. It's just not friendly and inviting. Go back to the old school decor and brighten the place up.“

“A Mixed Experience with Great Potential
I'm torn on how to rate this place because my visit had two very different parts. The food was fantastic—the service was also excellent; the staff was friendly and efficient.
However, the checkout process was really frustrating. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet, & when I returned, a family had just walked in. I was prepared to wait my turn, but the cashier called me up next. From what I could gather, they explained the situation to the family in Spanish, and everyone—including the cashier—was laughing. I use a walker, and I was just standing there, feeling left out and a bit embarrassed because no one bothered to explain what was so funny.
While the food and initial service were great, the lack of communication at the end left a sour taste.“
