“I went through the drivethru for breakfast. Ryan was so nice! He kept me updated on the time it'd take for my hash browns to come out and pre-shook my orange juice before handing it to me. The food is fine, it's typical Burger King fare, but Ryan was top notch! Dude deserves a promotion!“
“I really appreciate the customer service. Their ice cream machine was down. We already ordered through the app for pick up. They tried to make it right by offering cookies or just this once a pie but we don't like either. So they allowed us to get a soda just this time. Other stores are quick to fail go through the app for a refund or rain check but they actually tried to make things right on the spot and they weren't rude or short about it. We mostly only eat fries and ice cream from there. Both are always good.“
