“It was just so hot in there when asked staff about AC being turned on was told sorry no control over AC which to me is a total but why!! Wasn't given a direct answer just repeated the same thing I was initially told at first... And kids okay area needing tightening up by a lot the whole play slide thing looked like it hasn't been cleaned in I've a while which i didn't let my kids in but they went in either way SMH 😒 it was also hot in the kids play area SMH 😒😒🤦♀️ other restaurants in town keep their establishments nice and temp at a minimum to accommodate from the outside temperatures but not this place honestly i wss very upset that my kids and other kids werent really enjoying play time in there bcz of it being not cool enough restrooms 🚺 also needed to be cleaned my child and a lady refused to use them because of the state they were in this is the BK ON JAY ST OFF THE 190 AS WE KNOW IT HERE IN PORTERVILLE CA ✒️ IM JUST UPSET THAT THIS TIME AROUND MY VISIT THERE DIDNT GO AS I HAD HOPED IT WOULD OTHER TIMES ITS A GOOD PLACE TO TAKE MY KIDS I GUESS THEYVE JUST BEEN SLACKING WHICH IS A TOTAL SHAME!!!

“Food is always hot and fresh. There’s a worker there named Kenneth. He works mostly closing. It seems and he’s super friendly and helpful and make sure that we get our food fresh and hot. Absolutely love it. There will only go there if he’s working because I know my food will be served hot way better than the other Burger King.“
