The restaurant was noticeably cleaner than it’s been in the past, and the entire team felt more customer focused. The employees were smiling, attentive, and genuinely looked like they enjoyed being there, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience.
My order was handed to me exactly as requested. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared with care. The fries were seasoned perfectly with that ideal crispness that makes Burger King fries the best when they’re done right. This time, they absolutely nailed it.
