“Been to PhoEver several times in my life, and they never disappoint. The Ladies that take your order are always very nice and helpful. The Cooks, cook with Care and Dedication. Beautiful atmosphere, clean restaurant. Overall great establishment. I like to order their Lemongrass Chicken. No exaggeration when I say this, some of the best Lemongrass Chicken you'll ever have!! We Ordered for Pick-Up, but whether you do that or dine-in, I know you'll enjoy your experience with them! I recommend PhoEver to everyone!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Vegetarian Noodle Soup, could probably get a Veggie Banh Mi if you asked them.“

“The food and service here were incredibly good. Only had Pho a couple of times, and this place is at the top of the list. Food was served very quickly and was very hot, as you want Pho to be. Number of mixins were provided to allow the customization of personal tastes. I will definitely be going back here again, and soon!“

“Real friendly people and amazing food. I was greeted by a friendly young man as soon as I came in, he made sure all of my items were there for me and also made sure I didn't need anything else before leaving. Great atmosphere and clean. Very flavorful!“

“Food was pretty good. I've had better especially when it comes to the meatballs and whats in the pho. They give less..as an example..most places do 1 meatball cut in half while this place cuts it in eighths...so you get 4 pieces but it's only half of one. Same with tendon..only had one piece. Most have 3 to 4. Price was expensive but everything has gone up everywhere. 15 dollars for a bowl of pho is okay when it's right next to my home...but I usually pay 8 to 10$...giving 4 stars because it was actually good. I'll definitely keep coming back....I almost gave it a 2 because of the service. My child is a vegetarian and they wouldn't substitute chicken for tofu in the kids menu. They made her buy an adult chicken chowmein with tofu instead. Makes 0 sense. For that reason my entire family will not eat there anymore..but I will still eat when I get the chance..alone. they were also out of orange juice..no big deal. To be fair...the guy did check up on us once...they also forgot to make my appetizer but he Apologized so no big deal“

“Very friendly couple running this little Vietnamese sandwich shop.. The food is made with quality ingredients.. unique is an understatement.. The springroll is wrapped tremendously well, peanut sauce is average imo.. The banh mi has meat that I haven't tasted anywhere else.. my guess would be that it's made from scratch.. but I can be wrong lol.. either way, no disappointment to me at all..“

“I ordered pork belly, noodle papaya salad, and mango Boba. The pork belly was so expensive and super dry!! I rate this 5/10. The noodle papaya salad was extremely spicy when I ordered meduim. I rate it 7/10. The mango Boba is probably the best thing I liked. It is 8/10“

“My first time eating here. The service is great. Food came.out quickly. I love that they have a variety. The vegetarian pho is the best I had. Flavor is spot on. Try the lemon grass chicken bahn mi! The portions and price are great. Finally a place that doesn't dry out the pork chop. The fried tofu was perfect and the sauce enhanced the flavor. Highly recommend!“

“I am so thankful we gave this restaurant a try.Definitely a hidden gem, it does look a little rough on the outside because of the location. BUT do not let that fool you, once you enter the restaurant.. you enter a spacious and beautiful restaurant. We were greeted we the kindest staff. Food came out quick and everything we ordered was delicious. The pho broth itself does not even need seasoning but of course we had to add spice to it.I will definitely be back whenever I want pho & found out they are on door dash as well. HIGHLY recommend!“

“Haven't been here in a while and I'm glad we decided to give it a go after years of not going. Food was great. Pho was clean tasting with good flavors, the perfect amount of each. Definitely helped with our cold.My husband also got the rice with pork chop and eggs. Perfectly marinated and packed with flavor.Service was really good. The older gentleman was super friendly and was attentive to us. Definitely would go back.“
“Clean and friendly, updated dining. Great Pork Belly Banh Mi Sandwich. Best flavor and quality of meat and bread and flavor that I have had in Fresno. I also really like that they bring you a iced water decanter with metal drinking glasses. $8 sandwiches.“

“If you're on the hunt for a refreshing culinary adventure, look no further than Huong Lan Sandwiches! Their Vietnamese sandwiches are a delightful departure from the ordinary, boasting light, flavorful profiles with a satisfying crisp from the veggies. The blend of flavors is a refreshing change of pace from the usual fare. The restaurant itself is reasonably clean, and the perpetual buzz of customers attests to its undeniable excellence. Despite living 30 miles away, I make it a point to stop here when I'm in the area, always leaving with an extra sandwich for the road. And the menu doesn't stop at sandwiches--their Pho is absolutely divine. Huong Lan hits all the marks: delicious food, friendly and efficient staff, and a consistently delightful dining experience. You simply can't go wrong with Huong Lan!“

“Service was great. The servers were attentive and friendly (unlike other Pho places I've been to). The food was ok, it was not memorable for me. Not sure what it was but the Pho at their first location seems to have a better broth. I wasn't a fan of their Spring Rolls and peanut sauce.“

“Me and my girl only eat Pho at one spot. We never ate at another spot until last night. We tried this spot and compared to our favorite spot , there wasn’t much of a flavor difference. Food was very good it didn’t take long for it to come out and it was FRESH AND VERY HOT. Just the way i like my soup. I got the house special pho and my girl got a steak pho. I would definitely eat there again. The seating was nice and comfortable and the restaurant was clean and neat. Their customer service wasn’t really all of that. I couldn’t really understand our server and he kept cutting me off. But other than that. I recommend.“

“Hands down the largest pho ever offered and becoming a favorite place. This large soups is like 64oz--it's massive but the spices are very good. Not too salty especially when you put in all the side veggies in. Great cardamom and anise flavor coming through. Very hearty and well done! A nice little while, clean, air conditioned and family run. Haven't tried other items on the menu but the pho was definitely incredible! FYI the Hue style spicy beef soup is made with blood. Some folks are not into that. Just be aware of it as the ingredients are not listed on the menu and it cannot be altered. They have plenty of other options available to try, it the pho is definitely their signature dish!“

“Pho was really fresh and very enjoyable. However they had a flickering light which was absolutely insufferable to be around. It was not one or two flickers, it flickered consistently for over 30 minutes. Not pleasant. There were also a few bones in my pho from the chicken, not pleasant either. The pho was good enough for me to be back. And to not be seated facing the light“

“Stopped by here on the way back from Sequoia National Park to grab a bite to eat before heading back to Stockton. Atmosphere not the greatest but here for the food. The man who took our order for our food got our order wrong but corrected it. Food wise, the pho was good, broth was a tad bit sweet for my taste but overall good. The grilled pork rice plate was flavorful and tender.“

“Today we decide to try pho #90 ... we went in and it got seated right away .. we just realize that it was under new ownership if I still remember correctly the food before with the previous owner not that great on top with bad attitude and service ... this time we went back and the food taste a lot better than before ... we did order bowl # 90, spicy bun Bo hue , couple dessert.. all of them are delicious..the restaurant is clean and service is fairly quick and they check on us often which is a plus ... we will be definitely be back to try other menu if we around that area .. give them a try you won't be disappointed“

“The broth is not as flavorful as other Vietnamese hot spot. It is a clean broth taste. Environment was clean. My kids love this place. I actually love the soft thick noodles. Would I come back, maybe but only for Teazona. My kids do want to come back. My husband was not as happy. He prefers his other Pho spot. also did not recieve the bread because we ordered 2 house special.“
“Got the special combo large pho, banh mi with grilled pork and spring rolls with shrimp and pork.Special combo large pho- great variety of different types of meats. Broth was perfect for cold weather. Well cooked noodles. Banh mi- very good and on point! Would have liked some pate in it as in traditional banh mi but maybe need to add it. There's a layer of lard? To add to fattiness and deliciousness.Spring rolls- nothing too special and the peanut sauce was a bit watery. Would probably skip on this next time.Iced Vietnamese coffee was excellent and good size.Service attentive and friendly. Ambiance is mostly booth style and clean enough. Plenty of parking in lot. Will definitely come again.“

“Love this place. A humble mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant that probably has the best Vietnamese food in town. It beats all the other restaurants I’ve been to in fresno, Merced, and the inland empire in SoCal. Although it is not authentic to the tea, I really enjoy the Bun Bo Hue - in my opinion the best dish on the menu. It’s super flavorful and has a decent amount of meat. The next best thing is their banh mi specifically their grilled pork one - absolutely delicious. Egg rolls are third but this opinion is admittedly biased because I like egg rolls. Yes the atmosphere in the restaurant is not the best. Admittedly it looks a bit run down inside but it truly does not take away from the food.“

“I’ve grown very fond of lime n basil and their staff. They always have calming music playing so it’s perfect when you want to have dinner with a small or even large group. The restaurant is very tidy and plenty of tables. I really enjoy their veggie pho and their boba drinks (especially the Tiger coffee ).I do advise to constantly check their hours as they do tend to change due to staffing limits but they do a great job at updating their google hours.“

“The food itself is great; I was just disappointed in the portion size. I usually go to the other Hong Lan location, but I was in the area so I decided to try this one. Staff was helpful and the interior, although pretty old, seemed clean. I got my food to go... here's what I got & here's what I thought: Grilled Chicken over Rice (5/5): The chicken itself is SO GOOD-- the perfect mix of sweet and salty! It's tender, flavorful, and juicy. The only downside to this plate is that I would probably have to eat 2 or 3 of these trays to actually be full. For $16, I thought the portion would be a bit bigger than just 3 small pieces of chicken.“

“BEST PHO YOU WILL EVER HAVE. I get the Wonton soup EVERYTIME. Their eggrolls are amazing. I take my Filipino friend here and she loves it. If you are uncultured and unfamiliar with this kind of place, you will project yourself to not like it. And also if you don’t know what Thai Basil is, it looks a lot like mint, Mon D :) I wish I could give thumbs down on some reviews, but I’ve come to this place over 10x and it was finally time to make a review. Their place isn’t the cleanest and could use a major wipe down. The food and the people that work there are trying their best and are always smiling. This is the only place I choose to have Pho. Their broth is uncomparable.“

“I've taken wife and kids and well as just wife here on a few occasions now. Most consistent thing I've noticed is the service: it's friendly and it's fast. Last time we went every table was full and there was really only about 1.5 waitresses. She was polite in spite of being in a hurry and got the job done. They accomodate kids with smaller serving options and kid-friendly cups - and also accomodate adults with Beer! The food is a 4.5. It's basic Vietnamese food with no frills plating. Nonetheless, it tastes great and comes out fast! I wish the vermicelli was the thinner type of noodle but the flavor of the dish was great. Pho broth isn't overly salty and portions were generous. My kids also love their chicken pho and teriyaki chicken (go figure). We all love the spring rolls and egg rolls. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The dining room is dated but clean and there's always chill music on.As with any restaurant - busy is a good sign!“
