“Finally a decent location in Fresno , well most Carl’s Jr locations have went down hill and that’s all around every state on the west coast they pre make their burgers should be cooked to order for their price point . It’s really frustrating at times especially when you’re craving the western double bacon cheeseburger. It is a really good burger. If it’s made right fortunately for me today I was able to experience a freshly made well put together double western bacon cheeseburger at this location . I hope if you come in here, you get the same experience as me please leave a review because it does help to force businesses to increase their quality!“
“The western bacon burgers were delicious as always, and the pickle fries were ok, but not something I would order again. I'd eat them if someone gave them to me, of course. But Pa was really helpful and convincing so I bought two. Well done, Pa! And I like how the BOGO coupon is only for 2 dollars off. A bit misleading. Well played, Carl's!“
“This location is ran by the BEST General Manager Able. Hands down the best fast food restaurant is town.
The environment, the cleanliness, the friendly and professional staff. They go out of there way to make sure your food is perfect.

“I work close to this store,, and grab lunch at least once a week. The manager always takes my order and serves me. She always has a smile, and a greeting. The food is always good and hot. I'll be honest never really liked Carl's, but this store and manager made me a fan. Give this girl a raise she's great.“
“This particular location on Herndon and first in Fresno , came here a day after a big rainstorm and their outdoor playground was closed due to being a little wet, but Gema the manager was kind enough to open it up for me as I expressed I drove from across town because my kids know and love this playground. Would definitely recommend this location, very great people.“
“Traveling at night and stopped briefly for a Famous Star with cheese and a Coke, served with grace, style, and a smile. Left without my wallet and after arriving at my destination, an hour later, realized it was gone. I called the store, and Robin combed the area and found my wallet for me! I was ecstatic because I had feared the worst. Even though it was late and the dining area was now closed, she gave it to me through the drive-through. I alwys love Carl's Jr., it's my favorite, but this trip really left me feeling good about the people who stay up all night to take care of us.“
“Came here today and the food was awesome. I can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner and more often.
I had a guacamole burger and the guacamole tasted fresh and the bacon strips were thick so it was perfect. The lobby was very clean and it was fresh in there . The guy who took my order was friendly and even suggested I get the app , which I already have .

“My dad brought me her after school and we got a real good deal for $5.99, and It was so big that we split it. The burger was huge and hot and all the condiments were fresh. They asked if we wanted a combo and it was nicely priced. I really enjoyed, it's totally worth it. I might have to ask to come here more often.“
“Why did Manuel here try a make me park some place else and not wait at the drive thru 🤔🤔... It wasn't that long maybe 10-13 min for 2 burgers.🤔 the food was fresh, well as fresh as fast foods can get 🤭....so I'm confused 🤔 there wasn't anyone inside or outside the restaurant...was that to make it seem they were fast in the drive thru 🤔😆...might as well go inside..“
“The food is really good. I purchased a $2.99 Big Carl on sale. With the app you can get a free soda with any purchase. The self service soda machine was out of Root beer and other flavors, I went to the counter and they gladly filled my cup from behind the counter. The app didn't work on my phone so I thought there was a problem with my rewards account. Sent several messages to the company and got no response. Eventually tried an older phone and discovered that it's was the app and android 14. My account and the app worked fine on Android 13.“
“This by far has been one of the best visit to Carl’s I’ve had in a long time . My food was served hot and my drink was so good and fresh tasting , you know the kind that makes your eyes water , the carbonation was perfect making the drink great ! The employees were friendly and efficient even though there were only 3 employees working they were a good team . There was one male employee and two females . “I was out and about with my children and we decided to stop by at Carl's Jr off Herndon Ave and First St because it was the closest to us. Well, instead of standing at the counter and ordering with my children, we decided to sit at a table outside at the playground area and order online for pick-up.
Well... without paying enough attention....I ordered for the wrong location and our order was sent to the Carl's Jr off McKinley and First St. I was pretty mad at myself, not gonna lie...
Anywho, the man who helped me at the Car'ls Jr Herndon/First was super helpful and kind. He was trying his absolute best to resolve my situation and melt down while also running the drive-thru orders and it was quite busy at this time. He told me that when he had a moment to pause between orders, he would call the manager of the other Carl's Jr on McKinley/First to see if the situation could be resolved.
I ended up calling the McKinley/First location because the male worker was super swamped with many orders at this time.
Jessica answered the phone call and I explained to her what happened and that I was pretty upset about my mistake. JESSICA WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT and she did let me know that my order couldn't be canceled from her side because it was an online order. She was encouraging me to cancel on my side but I didn't order through the app and I don't have an online account to check past orders.. I ordered through the website and my order wasn't showing up anymore but I did have a receipt in my email.
Jessica was extremely patient with me and came up with a solution that would satisfy my family and I. Her solution also prevented us from having to travel miles to the other location, out of our way.
Jessica really helped keep our day running smoothly because that would have ruined my day a bit.. lol. She let me know that she didn't want me to have to worry about the order and she wanted me to be able to feed my kids now and not have to wait.
I'm truly thankful for her patience, her dedication to her customers and the kindness she showed me.
I know it's just a fast food visit but it's truly rare nowadays to deal with someone as helpful and kind as Jessica, especially in the fast food industry. And her exceptional customer service and integrity to her role as a manager just shows that she's such an asset to the Carl's Jr name.
