“My visit at Lancaster Jack was peaceful.....didnt have to question the agent on my order. While at the Rosamond in drive thru... had to repeat and verify my request........was so tested.......all my first days have been challenging I have to share understanding and ask forgiveness in my lack of patience“
“Its ok. The only thing is they are supposed to accept SNAP but make you get off your vehicle and go inside which does not make any sense to me because many of us that are foodstuff recipients are also handicapped, it doesn't make sense

Terrible quality control at this location. Chicken nuggets were petrified and inedible. The curly fries were dry and overcooked with an added bonus of a long dark hair🤢🤢🤢.“
“Food quality was outstanding. They offer very early morning drive through breakfast. It is very convenient for early up workers, they can eat something before go to work. Staff members are very helpful. Store always keep clean. Only recommendation from my recent visit, is to give your best smile of the day and make yourself proud whatever position you hold. Keep up the great work 👍“
